The best cut for a really good price. I have been going to Supercuts on Gilbert RD in Target plaza for more than 2 years. Love it.
Stylist: Cory is an amazing stylist. He is better than anyone I have found in AZ. He is better than stylist I had in NY and Boca Raton. He is my go to guy.

Just got a hair cut nothing special. It was as expected. Both my daughter and I went. We didn't get anything special just standard trim. Got in fairly quick after checking in on line. I wouldn't just walk in. We tried that the day before and waited 40 minutes before leaving. So if you just need a quick hair cut make sure you check in online.

Usually I love this place but today I signed in for a shampoo hair cut blow dry. Showed up.. she washed my hair , cut it and then said oh I’m sorry we don’t have time to blow dry . It’s 1:30. They close in 4.5 hours. I was not told this prior or I would have gone somewhere else. No discount … no solutions… just too bad we lied.

Today, I was at this location to get a haircut for my son. While Holly was cutting the hair, I was standing there and watching like I always do. Usually they check with me multiple times during the cut so I prefer to stand and watch.Meanwhile, Heather yelled at me from behind when she was serving another customer and rudely said, "Mam ! can you go and sit there". I did not know how to react when she yelled at me. I had no clue why she was doing that. I told her very politely that I would prefer to stand here but she again yelled and said, "You are making me nervous by standing here, go and sit there!". Other customers who were sitting there and waiting for their turns were also shocked at the way she was yelling. I went and sat and then I told one of the customers "how can she be so rude", on hearing that Heather again yelled and said, "You haven't seen what is being rude!". I told her that this is the last time I am visiting this supercuts location to which she replied saying, "I dont care!"I am shocked at this behavior today. I have been a loyal customer of Supercuts for many years now and I haven't faced anything close to like this before. How can they behave so rudely with the customers and ridicule customers in front of others.I am not going to take this lightly and will take further action and definitely today was my last visit at this location.There is no option of giving 0 star so I am giving 1 star.Service: Haircut

I had a very bad experience. I took my 6-year-old son for a haircut. I stand near him and watch how is doing. This lady started yelling with a loud voice and using bad words like "sticky money" and "get out of the shop" in front of my 6-year-old son. I am ready to file a corporate complaint against this owner. I do not recommend anyone to this shop. Please do not go to this shop. It is not worth your time and dignity

They refused to color my hair. Because it takes 15 minutes and they only do by appointment . Well, I just colored my hair myself, and it turned out perfect . Thanks for saving me 40 bucks :)Service: Hair coloring
