I don't appreciate how this place pressured my 16 year old minor daughter into buying a monthly package using her teen debit card. She felt so pressured she finally just said yes finally. Luckily Gen Z is smart enough to know how to cancel the membership while going through the car wash. I took my car here once and got my first scratch on my new cars mirror. All in all, avoid this place!

Great place to wash your car they have towels for you to dry your car at the end to get all the water spots off for detailing, air for your tires, air for inside of your car vacuums with great section this is all included in your wash price so no extra fees. Also they give you a moist cloth for inside your car and an air freshener. I have to say Wilbur is amazing, an amazing employee. We have a number of cars, and he helped us get monthly car washes for all he went above and beyond, great customer service. Not pushy just truly genuine.. Thank you Wulbur...

This location is recently under new management, and it is doing amazing !! The manager Wilbur and his team are always friendly. And the place is always clean!!! Go team 4861 Val vista!!

Went here after a cross country drive to get bugs off my new Raptor. The attendant Rey was extremely helpful and went out of his way to ensure we were satisfied. Great customer service!

Went there around 7pm today, I have the unlimited but just got a new license plate so I needed to switch that over. There was only one guy working the wash and he told me where to park and that he would give me a new sticker. I parked where he told me and started washing my car, it didn't take me too long only around 5-10 min and I didn't have much time. It also wasn't too busy and he was just standing there the whole time with his headphones in while I cleaned my car. Never once communicated with me that he was going to get me a new sticker. Just stood there. Finally when I was done I waved to him and I know he saw me, he literally just turned around and disappeared. I waited in my car for a couple minutes and just ended up leaving. I left dissatisfied with the costumer service and no new sticker.

As a Superstar Car wash member I have had my car washed at several of their locations. Yesterday I stopped at this location for the first time and was greeted by the manager Wilbur. He is fantastic and so was my experience going through the car wash. Even though there are Superstar Car Washes much closer to my home this will be my go to location.

Beware of the Car Wash Fraud At this store.When I went there I asked only for one time car wash. And they signed me up for a membership without asking. They are charging on my card every month. This is a complete scam. They are doing this to so many customers. I can see so many similar reviews. Save yourself the hassle and find a reputable car wash establishment that values its customers.

Went there once for crash was in Nov 2023 and they automatically enrolled me in membership and started charging my card. Just realized that after 5 months. I never signed up for membership. It is a scam. Completely unethical. I see lot of such reviews for this location by other people. Beware. It is a complete rip off. I am going to post this as many places I can and report them to BBB as well.

I have been a member for a few years, never had any issues, always had great service. Today I met the new store manager, Wilbur, who was out verifying all air hoses were working properly. He couldn’t have been a nicer guy and I enjoyed talking with him for a few minutes. Great job Super Star Car Wash!

This was the third car wash I visited this morning and the only one open when it was supposed to be. Met the new manager and he was extremely helpful and friendly. I do come here with my other vehicle, and I've always had positive interactions with their staff, all very kind. Car wash itself does what it needs to and always plenty of clean towels to use. Vacuums are another plus because they actually work.
