Great packaging, delivery, and rapid response to prescription refills. I think this place is legit as the medication is exactly what I was told to expect.

I am not one to write bad reviews but I have had multiple negative experiences with this pharmacy. I had a refill for my medication on file that I requested to refill 2/20. I received a text message saying it was being processed and would be ready within 5-7 days. I followed up on 2/29 and they said I need to contact my provider. She told me a text was sent on 2/20 to follow up with my provider but it was not. No one reached out to me or my provider and when I told her I didn't receive a text she said "Well, it says that on our end." She did not care and now I'm going to be without my medication ANOTHER week. They do not communicate or care how their lack of communication affects patients.

This pharmacy is incredible. From the communication throughout the processing of my meds to the super friendly staff that makes sure to greet you the second you walk through the door. Everything was so easy with Strive and their products have really helped me in my health journey. The pharmacists are really helpful and everything seems so organized. Strive is awesome!

Warning. I only gave it some star because I had to. This is the worst pharmacy !! I've never had such a bad experience and I have been getting my hormone meds from here for years... today is day nine and I am still waiting for my my refill to be made, if you need your script filled promptly do not come here!!!

The worst pharmacy I've ever encountered. I'm an out of state patient and could NEVER get someone on the phone. Their phones ring and ring until they disconnect. Do everything you can to take your business somewhere else. Strive, you need to be better. It's a nightmare trying to manage any medication, billing or shipping. AWFUL.

Another update: Auto filled prescription took 7 days to fill. Called and asked to pick it up instead of delivery because I was getting close to running out. The woman said she'd pull it and have it waiting for me. Got a text 12 hours later that it was ready for pickup. I showed up three hours after the text message to get my prescription and it is nowhere to be found. Literally gone. Two staff members looking all over the place for it and it was not in the front where pick up prescriptions were held. They looked for over 10 minutes. They ended up having to refill the prescription again and only gave me 79 of 90 pills that were available because they didn't have any more. Now they owe me 11 pills. I don't know if I will ever see those. This place lacks leadership, training, follow through, and management. Glad my prescription now reads ZERO refills. My business is going elsewhere.

I have been waiting for my thyroid medication since November. Every time I call they say its almost ready to be sent. They took my payment about 3 weeks ago. I am very disappointedUnfortunately it was NOT delayed because of refill being requested too early. You guys never refilled the one from October . As of now you have perscription for me one from October and one from December from 2 different doctors and you just sent me one today which was requested in October from the doctor I don't go anymore.
