I had two work benches put in and garage cabinets. The guy who installed the cabinets left it unfinished and then said the owner will be by to finish up the job, had to wait a week. Then when I looked over all work there were some doors with scratches and ding marks on some of the drawers one of the drawers was crooked. Owner came back and fixed but more likely to get his check. I paid more money to have drawers and the glides they put in are cheap and when installing them on the pressed wood some of the screws came out and drawers were not sliding I had called and texted twice about the problems, I was told he was going to look at his schedule but I never heard back. Would absolutely not recommend this company not professional and does not stand behind their work.

I'm really happy with my cabinets once they got installed but unfortunately, during the saleI had plenty of correspondence with Dave. Once the sale was done cabinets were installed he never replied back to getting the screws dropped off at my house, the ones that have to be screwed into the plastic parts that hold up the shelves. We were not told about this and when we loaded stuff on the shelves we had a major collapse. Once we got the screws install that we had to purchase at Ace Hardware they seem to be sturdy, heavy, and at least the shelves are good quality. Dave for you not calling me back or texting me back, I will not refer your business I thought you were more of a standup person, peoples words go along way. CRIKETS! I should've stayed with your competitor! -------On a positive note, the gentleman that did install the cabinets busted his chops and did a great job.

This company will give you all experience of what business and customer service should never be.He choose to ignore every time. When busy, not even call return or messages later.Warranty is fake because you never get reply back from him.Keep changing the cost every meeting by blaming you that " that you didn't discuss this" , will surprise you that if final product is same then how the cost will change!

So I have these cabinets put up Friday and Santa saysay I was disappointed it had rained the day before there was water damage every door is warped to top it all off I asked for 21 inches deep cabinets instead of the normal 20 or 24th and they installed 20 and even worse I was told by the salesman they use three-quarter inch material when I measured it was only 5/8 thick I'm sorry but I would not recommend this company to anyone

So I had these cabinets installed today and sorry to say I was very disappointed it rained yesterday they must’ve left the word outside looks horrible all the doors are warped to top it all off I was told they were going to use three-quarter inch material instead it’s five eights of an inch so I would not recommend this company

So today I had 28 feet of garage cabinets installed in my house and boy was I disappointed it rained yesterday and they must have left the wood outside because it looked like There was water damage and all the doors are warped it just does not look right to top it all off I was told they use three-quarter inch thick material instead they use five eights thick Thick material....... I definitely would not recommend this business hopefully the doors don’t get worse after they dry out they do in the next few days I will have to file a complaint with the BBB... Read More

I'm so happy with my cabinets. They look great! David, the owner, was a pleasure to work with and Brandon, who installed them, was very professional and a super hard worker. He installed cabinets on both sides of my garage, alone, in about 8 hours. Never once saw him even take a break! Would highly recommend this company to anyone wanting great service and great cabinets at a very fair price!

My son parked his car in the garage hitting and breaking one of our cabinet doors. I called several companies to have the door repaired, but they turned me away because the cabinets were not installed by them. The Storage Doctor not only repaired my cabinet door but also did so at a reasonable price. The crew was polite, on time and we couldn't be happier with their service. Than you!
