**Horrible costumer service and absolute disregard for customers time DO NOT COME HERE**I went in to get my daughters birth certificates laminated and Dillon said it would take him about 6 minutes and he would call me. So I walk around the store for a while and then go sit at the printing center for 2 HOURS. We constantly make eye contact and he knows I am sitting there. I finally get up and ask for a progress update and he hands them to me and it turns out THEY HAD BEEN DONE FOR THE 2 HOURS I was sitting there waiting. ON MY WIFES BIRTHDAY. He had done them while I was walking around and never called me and while I sat there for 2 hours never mentioned they were done Thanks for wasting my time today staples, great job

Absolutely didn't do anything to help. The girl that answered the phone didn't even pretend to check her computer. Waste of time.

My mother and I came in for some support with printing out poster sized cut outs for her business "Mollys Touch" and we had the pleasure of working with Trevor in the Copy and Print Center! He was amazing at assisting us with all of our questions, he has a wonderful attitude and kept conversation not just passive small talk while also providing great recommendations and insight to what we need.

Absolutely zero effort from the satff at this location. Made excuses and were no help.. Went to Gilbert and 202 location to get the job done. They had no problem servicing my needs.

I went in for a few office chairs. I was greeted as soon as I walked in. After walking to the back a sales person came and asked if I needed any help. I asked a few questions, I was still looking so he told me to let him know if I needed any help carrying an item later. I think I encountered 3-4 sales people total and everyone was friendly and helpful. It also was nice to get my chairs on sale.

Had an online order ready for pickup, website says 8pm but decided to call because of New Year's Eve, said yes we are open until 8pm, show up at 6:13pm and they are locking the doors. Get it together guys.
