I had an issue with my account, got the runaround from customer service and another t-mobile location. The associate Steven got my issue handled quickly and painlessly. I appreciate the help and the direct approach to helping me. This guy is really great. Not the guy to sell you on fluff, but very direct and honest. Thank you so much Steven.

The service was fast however the syncup drive device that I purchased doesn't work correctly and it's taken tech support around four days to come to a resolution. I do not recommend that device.

Came in to this store to switch from Verizon to T-Mobile. Got tired of paying $300 a month for 2 lines (now paying $150 for 3 lines). Stephen helped us out and was absolutely incredible! He was patient, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to talk to. We were there with our 2 little kids and he took his time explaining everything and getting our service set up correctly. We had a not so great experience at the store off Power and this was the opposite. I will be visiting this location and asking for Stephen for all of my cellular needs moving forward. Thanks Stephen!!

A friendly store. They are always very helpful. I traded my phone for a new one. They did not try to push me into any specific phone.Their service is the best. I've had TMobile for over 20 years. It's reliable and when i travel overseas my phone always has service and the internet is always working.

This location has a super chill vibe to it. The service here was really great. The staff were very informative about the phone and the plan I was getting.Tony was super helpful, honest, and very knowledgeable. If you ever get the chance to go to this location, look for him and another plus if you need it, he also helps with customers who speak Spanish.

Have to give a HUGE shout-out to Chris!! Chris L. works at the Gilbert T-Mobile location at 2483 S Market St Ste 107. He is SERIOUSLY the BEST in the WEST (and surely the VERY BEST in the EAST, NORTH & SOUTH too?)!! I was having HUGE issues porting over an existing cell number fr a corporate acct to a personal line. This was due to retiring fr my job of 30+ yrs - (this particular cell #, that was being ported over to my personal acct, was the cell # that was my "lifeline number" - since EVERY single one of my accounts, on this entire planet, and basically my WHOLE identity, was/is tied to this ONE particular cell number) . Needless to say, I was definitely in panic mode about the issues and "roadblocks" that were occurring with thprocess!! I had been to multiple other T-Mobile locations but was finally referred to this "Corporate" T-Mobile location on Market St - fortunately, when I arrived at this Gilbert store, Chris jumped into action to help me!! It ended up taking 3+ hours for the issues to be resolved, but Chris hung in there with me the whole time!! I ended up having to work with folks at the T-Mobile "800" number AND with Chris simultaneously!! Thankfully Chris was the one that was able to give the folks at the "800" number ALL the correct and necessary information to be able to resolve my cell phone NIGHTMARE (which honestly, by that time, had been going on for wks and wks). Chris even refused to take his lunch break until he knew everything had been 100% resolved and that my cell # had been SUCCESSFULLY transferred to my new T-Mobile personal acct. He even kindly explained all aspects of the billing to me on my new account. Because Chris was "fixing an issue", it occurred to me, after I had left the store, that Chris likely didnt receive any real "credit" or "benefit" or "commissions" for helping me (since my account had already been "setup" - and, of course, totally screwed-up - by other T-Mobile reps in other stores) - Thus making Chris's AMAZING AND KINDEST customer service even more "BEYOND INCREDIBLE"!!???AGAIN ENORMOUS AMOUNTS OF GRATITUDE TO MY "FOREVER HERO", CHRIS L!!

Came here with issues with a digits line, and Olivia was amazing to work with. Her problem solving and conflict resolution skills are top-notch. I was unhappy with the issues I was having with a proxy digits line after reinstating my lines, and she was able to find a solution that worked better than what I had originally and was cost-effective. If a solution wasn't found I would have gone to Verizon. 10/10 will go to this store if I have issues with my phone plan again.
