“We already wrote a great service we got for our for baby but we found out recently that Dr Rossi is no longer with Banfield. She has taken care of our fur babies for years and we have total confidence in her. All of a sudden she's not there and we have no idea who the new vets are. We are visiting tomorrow and really hope that the new vet is as qualified, concerned and caring as Dr rossi. Also knowledgeable and so very well trained to take care of our sophie. Who had multiple issues when we got her at 12 years old.”

“We were on the hunt for a particular shoe for our grand kid. Other shoe stores were extremely unhelpful when compared to the level of customer service we experienced from Sauni at thus location. I will say this much, as long as she is here and we are in the Phoenix metropolitan area, this is our spot and this young lady is our go to. Massive selection, extremely knowledgeable about the products they sell as well as exclusives for their sister stores. Located in the Fashion Mall in Chandler. Kudos Champ.”

The guy at the register… not so much.. when the customer in front of me asked if there was any discounts that could be applied the guy at the register almost immediately gave him one. But when I asked it was a quick no.. definitely not cool. I’m not sure if I’ll be returning to this location.”
