Kyle goes above and beyond to make sure you're getting the best deals. He let's me know when my rewards are going to expire and what is available. If I can't get to the store he ships the item with free shipping. He's a true gem.

We have been looking for good pillows for a long time. We were able to try out the pillows and everyone was patient and kind. Definitely would shop there again and we are very happy with the pillows and appreciate the 100 day return policy.

Our sleep number bed and adjustable base purchase has been a complete nightmare to say the least. We purchased a king size bed and adjustable base on April 21, 2024. The bed and adjustable base were not at all what we were sold in the store and so we called after only 7 days of purchasing to express our concerns. The adjustable base was not what they advertised and the bed was extremely uncomfortable. Due to this we felt misled and lied to from the get go so we attempted to rectify the situation.
First Call was on 5/18. It was a 45-minute call where I spoke to a Level 1 Customer Service representative who heard the whole story and recommended that I speak to a Level 2 “Manager” because they could process returns and she absolutely could not. I had to tell the entire story all over again because the notes did not come through quickly. After the entire story the level 2 “Manager” said she would not accept the return and that if I wanted to proceed further, I should speak to the Store Manager because they could approve the return. I met with the store manager, AJ Betancourt, on 5/20. He said he had already crafted an e-mail supporting the return and was ready to send it but wanted to confirm a few details with me first. After we spoke he indicated to me that he would send the e-mail supporting the return and he agreed that there was a lack of communication and transparency. I received a call from the Level 1 “Corporate” representative on 5/23. She told me she would not approve the return and when I said I didn’t understand why not and referenced the Store Manager’s e-mail supporting the return she said to me “That is NOT what his e-mail said”. My wife asked him what it did say and she refused to tell her. She escalated us to a “Person above Corporate”. On 5/28 we spoke to the “Person above Corporate” who was the FIRST person to apologize for our experience. She went on to say that she also would not approve the return but that the technicians could “reprogram” our base when they came to pick up the mattress. She said it was very easy and all we had to do was tell them what we needed, and they would do it right there on the spot. On 5/31 the technicians arrived to pick up the mattress. They had NO idea about the reprogramming. They told us it is not possible to do without a remote. They then provided a phone number for the technical support team and told me that when the remote came in, to call them and they would walk me through the programing step by step. On 6/4 I had the remotes, and I called the technical support team. They told me they could not reprogram the bed with the remote and that a “equipment update” needed to be sent to the bed’s pump and it would take 3-5 days for that to happen. She also said, once the update was sent, I would need to use the app to “install” the new equipment update and that the team would send me an e-mail as soon as the equipment update was sent and call me as well so they could walk me through the process. Today is day 6 and I still do not have the “equipment update”.
We finally received the equipment update 14 days after the initial 3-5 day time frame, and once again we were told a different story. The first person said that the equipment update would not be able to be reversed if we went back to a solid king, not split king and this person who finally performed the equipment update said we could go back at any time.
Through other means we were able to get our message across to another member of the sleep number team who passed our information on to Gary, the head of customer complaints, this was around June 15. To this date, Gary or anyone else from sleep number has not followed up or contacted us or even attempted to make this situation right.
Sleep number lies, misleads and is rude at every step of the purchase. Buyer beware as they are only concerned about the money.

Stpped by to inquire about the temperature control i-sleep number mattress. Sales Rep informative and helpful. Gave recommendations and options as a current sleep number owner. Overall a good venue ?

The staff is very helpful & courteous. I've had my Skeep Number bed for 5 years & love it. Only drawback is that Sleep Number products are quite pricey, but they are good quality & last.

I was very impressed with the customer service. Kyle was awesome and very professional. My wife loves the pillow I bought. I splurged on a couple really good quality pillows. The pillows are great. My wife and I have been using them for a couple weeks now and they are very comfortable and worth the purchase.

Absolutely zero pressure sales. My sales woman listened to what I said, explained the differences, and let me make my decision. If only car dealers were like this! No add one, no upsales. Fantastic experience.

Just so everyone is clear, these beds are basically air mattresses with a pillow top. The more money you spend the thicker the pillow top gets. $250 to ship it to your house and $250 to ship it back. Some people love air mattresses, not me.

Kyle gives excellent customer service. So far has been the best bed I've ever used. Their lyocel (sp?) sheets are amazing, too. Products are pricey and higher end, but you spend a 1/3 of your life in bed, so it's worth it and you get what you pay for.
