Great experience with them this morning. After driving all the way from NW WI, Tyler had my truck looking brand new. This doesn’t cost that much more than going to a full service car wash, but the results far exceed the traditional car wash. It is worth every penny.

OK quality service. But very expensive for the services performed. More of a fancy wash than any sort of detail. 75 for a hand wash may be ok but 300 to spray a quick polish on a car is too much. In total the hand wash of two cars and spray polish of one took 1.5 hours. That speaks for itself.

I researched a couple detailing companies before deciding on Showcase and I'm so happy I did! The communication with Scott was seamless, texting instead of calling is a nice touch as well. As for the quality of the work, I can't speak enough to their praises. Elijah and his brother did an absolutely superb job. I wish I took before and after pictures. They even showed up early to the detail which was such a nice touch. They serviced my car yesterday and I've already told coworkers, roommates about how great of an experience I had. No doubt will be using them in the future

All I can say is WOW!!!!! I called Showcase Mobile Detailing Solutions. They answered my call and they answered all of my questions. After that, we were able to communicate is text. We set up an appointment. They told me the timeframe that I could expect them to show up at my residence. Also they can meet you almost anywhere so not limited to just your residence. As promised, the gentleman called me when he was on his way. He got there on time. I have a black 2016 Honda Fit. My car was filthy from top to bottom. It needed a detail really bad. The gentleman started cleaning my car. I was inside the my house while he cleaned it. It took him two hours to complete it which is the time he told it would take him. When I walked outside and looked at my car I did not even recognize it because it was soooooo clean! I mean it was spotless from top to bottom. I got in my car and I was just blown away because it was pristine! The front seats, back seats, dashboard, and floor areas were superbly clean! I had a pristine car again which made me feel very good! He did not miss one area at all. I was thoroughly pleased! Do not take my word for it, please give these guys a call if you are looking for quality top of the line service! Thank you again Showcase Mobile Detailing Solutions! I will be calling you all again! Just bought a used car and got it detailed at my house with Showcase Mobile Detailing. Setting up the appointment was easy through an email/text message. Very responsive and had someone detailing my car the next morning!They detailed inside and out in about two hours, and did a fair job. Friendly, professional, and on- time for the appointment.Make sure you have them wash your car in the street as sometimes the tire cleaning chemicals can stain/damage your driveway! I like how they use the purified water from a tank in their truck, so I didn't have to prepare anything. Made an easy payment through Venmo.We will use them again!

Normally I do not post reviews however my experience has been impressionable and positive enough for me to share my experience. I originally had my car detailed as it was in need of a deep clean due to having two kids who often ate snacks in the car (Parents will know what I am talking about). When I ordered the detailing service, I had associates who came to my home to service my vehicle. Once the service was done, I checked my car to see if they cleaned it as thoroughly as I had hoped. To be frank, I was disappointed initially as there were several areas that were overlooked. Due to the issue, I directly reached out to the owner, Scott to convey disappointment about the service.Here is where I was genuinely surprised, THAT was two years ago! I only got Scott’s approval for a redo of future service. He could have blown me off and said too much time has passed! What impressed me was he was a man of his word! This is rare these days unfortunately! Scott took accountability for the shortcomings of his associates and looked to re-clean my car himself with no additional expense on my end. He went above and beyond to correct whatever was an issue and made it a point to show the character and excellence of his services. My car has been the cleanest it has ever been, as clean as the day I first got my car. Knowing that Scott has such pride in his company and services makes me think the issues that I had were a one off situation and I would come back to get my car detailed here again as well as recommend the detailing services to those around me. I used Showcase last year on my cars and they did a fabulous job. This time, I had them clean a 5th wheel trailer - wash and wax. They did a great job! Scott was communicative throughout the scheduling, they showed up on time and exceeded expectations. I will use them again.

Scott was great! Super responsive right off the bat, very friendly and did an amazing job. My car looked brand new by the time he was done with it. Warren came out and detailed three vehicles for us, an SUV, a sports car and a Sprinter van. He was quick, but not rushing (2 hours per car), efficient and did he great job. We will definitely be using Showcase and Warren again. This was so much easier than shuffling cars back and forth to a shop.

Phenomenal experience working with Showcase. From the convenience of them picking up the call versus a chat bot or texter. The appointment scheduling, professionalism from both phone etiquette to Technician who performed the job as an expert. He arrived early/on-time and was thorough about meeting expectations. They exceeded what I thought was possible given my vehicle gets used and not sure it’s ever been cleaned until they got ahold of it. Thank you! I’ll be scheduling again in the future.

These guys are hands down the best mobile detailing service in the Valley. They did my wife's SUV yesterday, erasing 2 years' worth of toddler mayhem, crumb mountains, and grime. Looks better now than when we drove it off the lot brand new. Today, the owner of Showcase himself came out to detail my Jag.
