Jasmine and her co-worker (didn't catch his name) gave excellent customer service. She helped me find the perfect color and he helped me find paint tools I needed. This store is always the best and has the nicest staff.

This location is always so friendly, clean, positive professional, and helpful. I appreciate Dustin so much for taking the time to go over colors, the undertones, and what would look best for my indoor painting projects. He is always goes above and beyond. It is so appreciated. I highly recommend this location specifically because they are phenomenal! Thank you, Dustin words can’t express as a customer how much this means to me!

Amazing customer service! We have been in for a few different projects now and been really pleased with the service every time. Recently I called in with a concern and Cody was so helpful. "Come on in and we'll get you taken care of". We will definitely be returning for any and all future painting needs.

Cody went over and above to assist me recently. He was so friendly and had such a positive attitude. Cody helped me to find & match paint that I used years ago. The rep knew so much about what was best for my project it made everything so much easier. Sometimes going into a place like this can be a little intimidating, but I felt much better once talking to the employee, as he spoke to me on my level.

Been struggling with Lowe's and Depot paint marching for years, tried SWband they matched 10 year old paint from a cut of drywall perfectly. Have now been back 4 times and won't go anywhere else. The Emerald is our favorite, covers perfectly and easy to apply. Truly the only paint we've ever been able to do 1 coat with.

Yesterday I walked into the Sherwin-Williams store on Higley. I told the associate exactly what I needed and they had the can of paint on the mixer within 30 seconds. By the time I got back to my car the whole transaction had taken less than 4 minutes.

When I called to ask if they sold pressure washers, I answered with “that’s a good question, let me find out”. After being put on hold, I wasn’t given a clear answer, so I said “I’d like to buy a pressure washer for my company, how do I buy one from you?”, to which I was put on hold again. After returning, he was just as confused as I was, as we both had no idea whether or not they sold pressure washers, or if I could buy one. The guy was nice enough, but c’mon at least educate your employees a little, I mean my gosh. I was looking to spend around $2k-$3k and ended up just going somewhere else.Followed your instructions and called the number you provided. Complete waste of time, as it was just the normal customer service number and they had no idea what the issue was. They, just like your employee, didn’t know if you sold pressure washers, and suggested I give your location a call. Well we all know how that went!I was willing to give it another shot, given someone actually had some answers and was able to help me. But I’m really not sure what the point of providing that number was…. Anyway, I lowered my rating from 2 stars, to 1 star due to waisting more of my time and the fact that I literally still do not know if you even sell what I’m looking for! ??♂️

Tremaine and Emily AMAZING!! Nadia needs extra training on how to just be cordial. She should NEVER be in the front to help customers. Rude and unprofessional.
