Tom and Sean were great. Been to 5 different stores for a specific color. My guy ordered wrong. Guys at Sherwin-Williams added stain and got the color I wanted. Since we got exactly what my guy ordered they really didn't need to do anything. They worked with me to find the color I wanted, which was nothing like really what my guy ordered. I can't tell you how happy I am and especially the time they took. We would have been out 8 gallons. This place is incredible on customer service. Ask for Tom or Sean. They really know what they are doing.

Absolutely love Sherwin Williams. 100 plus old American company that never discontinues a color.Nadia who works at this location is exceptional. I took a small chip in she matched it perfectly and if not fir her I would have purchased Super paint exterior but she knew that with looking at that tiny chip I should get A100. She is professional, smart and has outstanding customer service . Everyone should be like Nadia. I am never impressed , but she is outstanding.

Very bad service, only one person attends, I was waiting two hours just to order and also waited half an hour for the painting to be done, my opinion is that I should see more than one person attending

The lady who works here (long dark brown hair) looks like she hates her job. Super unfriendly. My daughter and I had no idea what we were doing and this lady could care less about showing/educating us on what we needed or should do. They were out of tons of paint finishes and any quart sizes due to “national shortage.” I went to lowes and gave them the SW paint number and they whipped it up in a min for me.

Poor customer service. You pay over $500.00 for Paint and they give you a can with paint all over the bucket. Staff not customer service oriented.

I’ve been here 3-4 times over the year and a half. The store is always clean and the reps I’ve dealt with have always been very kind and helpful. Looking forward to visiting again one day.

Not only is the paint amazing quality but the staff has been wonderful every time I go which is entirely too often due to a renovation. As insanely expensive as paint has gotten recently they help navigate paint types to stay within budget and apply promotions when they can. I continue to be impressed every time I go in there!
