I had a really bad experience with my truck at this body shop, but I guess that's what happens when you get into a wreck. My one word of advice, do like my wife said, like I should have done, and go to your own body shop, NOT ONE RECOMMENDED BY THE INSURANCE COMPANY! Especially if the wreck wasn't your fault! Will save you much trouble and headache (and don't go to this Crash Champion Service King whoever they are shop!).

Very much satisfied with the service given by Service king Collision. I got my car in new look and 15 days before initial expected day and the tech involved was very helpful.

Complete Nightmare!!! Do not take your vehicle here!! Took my vehicle here for front end rock damage. The first time I tried to pick it up I had two long gouges along either side of my car. I had paint overspray in multiple areas including my dash! (Apparently they decided to repaint my car while the windshield was off). I also had chunks of paint everywhere. Then somehow I got rock damage all over the passenger side of my vehicle (which wasn't there when I took it in). They cannot properly paint a vehicle and I highly recommend finding a different body shop!Reply to Service King Owner: Service King had my vehicle for almost two months attempting to “make things right”. They ended up sending me to a different Service King body shop trying to fix the damage this body shop caused! They are all the same, Terrible!

Our insurance recommended Service King Collision. We bought our son's car in to get the side panel and bumper fixed and we got our car back in a timely manner and no issues whatsoever and everything looked great. I asked the lady at the front desk if someone can look at my own car's front bumper, they fixed the clips on my bumper within a few minutes and didn't even charge me. They were very professional and nice. Thank you.

?????Bad Business lost my service today. As I write this in the shade cover of Service King parking, one of the employees showed off with a burnout out in his blue Dodge pickup as he left the entrance to parking lot . I hope at least it was his own truck and not a customer's vehicle??? Don't expect to do business with Service King Collision unless you provide your email. They have got to have your email because it's so important... They would rather not have your business if they can't have your email. That's why they lost mine..

The GM is a very rude dude to say the least. I had an appointment to have my vehicle repaired here through the insurance company. When I arrived the staff never even acknowledge that I was present. It took them fifteen minutes to even speak to me first of all. Secondly first they couldn't find my appointment then when they did find it they said they didn't have the paperwork. I was then told to call my insurance company. I Asked the guy why do I have to call why can't they call. He said I had to call them therefore, I stepped out of the building to make a phone call. Then the general manager comes outside and try to ask me what's going on. As I was explaining to him he tells me that I was making a scene and I said how I just gathered my things and walked out. He then said when you get ahold of your claims adjuster have him to call me. Little does he know I had already contacted service king and informed them that I didn't want my vehicle serviced here because of how rude the GM was. Also as I was waiting in the lobby to even be acknowledged, they was telling another coustom to pease rate them 5 star's because anything less than that is a ding. So sorry I never been to a more unprofessional place in my life. Especially, considering if the GM is rude this place has no hope. Please listen to all the real reviews and not the made up one's.P.S.You never know what someone is going through personally; therefore, you should always practice being kind.

I was greeted with disdain and showered with misinformation. 0/5Customer service was terrible. I came in early for an appointment, and the representative took one look at the damage and turned me away, saying they didn't have the parts. I talked about another issue, and he said we don't do that here after zero investigation or questioning. From the moment the conversation started, it felt like I was trying to get rushed out of their lot.

We elected to go with Service King for substantial repairs on the front end of our Subaru because they were highly recommended by our insurance carrier. My initial interaction for the repairs with the San Tan Gilbert location was positive and we had no reason or the personal expertise to question the quality or honesty of Service Kings craftsmanship. We started to notice the plastic bumper starting to pull away on on the drivers side where it meets the headlight and fender.First Trip: I call the 800 number thinking we might have a warranty issue. They transferred me to the Gilbert location where a very polite girl tells me we don't need an appointment. Just bring the vehicle by so they can take a look. I arrive at 3:10 PM to have the car looked at and the staff try’s to help me but ultimately say all warranty issue are handled by the GM who is gone for the day.I’m told he often leaves early to do a cash drop and I would need to come back on another day.Second Trip: I meet with the GM Michael. He immediately looks at the vehicle and tells me two things. One, that someone in my family must have cause new damage to the exact same location after the repairs were completed. Two, the tires that came on the car at the time of purchase from Auto Nation Honda are the incorrect size. After hearing Michael’s opinion I’m a bit embarrassed that my daughter may have caused new damage to the car. I then requested a quote to make the repairs under the assumption that unbeknownst to me my family caused the damage.Michael tells me that he won’t provide a quote because as he told me “we have the wrong tires on the car”.I take Michael’s professional opinion to heart and ultimately confront my daughter who is the primary driver of the vehicle and the dealership. I ultimately learn that the tires are in fact within spec when the vehicle has a suspension lift. My daughter and family profusely deny having another unreported accident. Please keep in mind we would have just filed a new claim and had the repair done. The car is a school commuter and has had less that 10k miles put on it since the original repairs.Feeling like I have no options. I decided to see what I can do on my own and look up bumper repairs on YouTube. I find a video that walks me through loosening the bumper and replacing push pins. I order the push pins and start to follow the video.I ultimately discover that the area of the bumper in question was attached using adhesive and not the mounting clips. (I’m sure Clip’s is probably not the right term). They used liquid adhesive in place of a hard plastic connection on what they say is a brand new bumper.Third Trip: The next morning I return to Service King with what I think is pretty strong evidence that this is in-fact a Quality and warranty issue. At this point I have pictures of the adhesive and the knowledge that the tires on the car at the time of the original repairs and purchase are within spec.Michael reviews my pictures. He comes to the conclusion that they provided me with a new bumper and someone has done additional work post the service king repairs. We don’t have any friends or family in the body shop business so I ask who would have done the work. He tells me that in his experience kids do things when they’re not with their parents or away from home. He basically accused my daughter and family of lying to me. This accusation made me uncharacteristically angry and I realize that I was screwed and Michael had no intention of ever helping rectify the situation or making the repairs. We are ultimately left with paying for the same repairs for a second time. I’m now in the process of reopening the claim and taking the car elsewhere for repairs. It will be interesting to see what else they find.My negative interaction was specifically with this Gilbert San Tan location and GM.Please learn for my struggles and find somewhere else to have your repairs done. This has by far been the worst experience I’ve ever had with a vehicle repair or really any customer service situation.Service: Body & Trim

I used this business for collision repair to the right front fender and right outside mirror. The parts replacement was on point. Well done. The body repair was made as new. The refinish work was better than new.Service: Painting

Very unfortunate how I was treated at this place caused I have used them before to fix my Mercedes. I stopped into this place to see if they could fix my wife's Mercedes SUV without going through insurance and front staff Carol was extremely rude to me. The general manager Michael came out of his office and acted like a big shot and told me how much they do in revenue per year and they couldn't work on my car. This place was extremely rude, and I highly recommend to take your business elsewhere. I even tried calling corporate to see if they can better train their staff and prevent situations like this but they haven't gotten back to me. Very unfortunate. Don't waste your time here.

Service king San tan took care of my Chevy Avalanche after it was in an accident on the right rear side.I was nervous because I absolutely love my truck but it's also in a very difficult paint ( pearl white Dimond )The service manager was VERY helpful and insured me that my truck would be taken care of. Not only is it back and perfect BUT they finished 11 days sooner than the initial expected date!Thank you service king San tan! For taking care of me & my AvalancheServices: Painting

I was referred to this company by my insurance company to get my car fixed. I went into the office to schedule an appointment to get an estimate. The earliest appointment they had available for an estimate was almost two weeks later. I went in for my appointment and the lady told me that they couldn’t fix my car because of the type of damage. It is frustrating when you wait that long for an estimate to then be told that you can’t get your car fixed there. That should have been discussed when scheduling the appointment. Also, the employee I spoke with was rude and needs to work on her customer service. There is no need to treat customers in that manner when all I am trying to do is get my car fixed.
