I never like the attitude they have, they're never in stock, the birthday gifts are always out. In order to get the birthday gift you have to order something online and have it shipped??? Never enjoy coming here.

So, I went into the establishment to browse through some fragrances. The store was completely empty, and two women were at the register. There was absolutely no acknowledgement that I was even there. I was literally standing 3 feet in front of them, and got not so much as a hello; I was invisible, so I left.

My first time inside here, my boyfriend bought me a few things, we went to exchange them the same day bought, when we went to exchange he asked for a store credit because he didn't have money on his card to buy more, she refused said you could only do a card return, the whole time was throwing eye daggers at us I guess we didn't meet her standards, will not ever shop here ever again I hate women like this. Still don't know why she couldn't do a store credit. So now he has no money left.

Was going to do my Xmas shopping but I don't feel comfortable spending my money here at this Sephora as the lady at the front made me feel very unwelcome.

Newly opened Sephora inside Kohls. My OCD is happy with how well arranged they are. They have new signs in front of the building. Was told that Kohls stores will now have Sephora which is awesome. The employees here are helpful.
