I recently visited See's Candies after hearing a recommendation from a friend, but my experience was disappointing. I was excited to bring back some unique gifts from the U.S. for my family while traveling overseas. However, the service I received was underwhelming. When I asked to sample one of their chocolates—mind you, it was my second sample and my first visit—an employee rudely informed me that she couldn't provide "tons of samples." Despite the poor customer interaction, I purchased five boxes of chocolates. Before leaving, I felt compelled to mention to her that a friendly demeanor could enhance the customer experience, especially since my intentions were to buy, not to steal. Unfortunately, this experience has dissuaded me from returning to or recommending See's Candies in the future.

Amazing customer service. Amazing candy. I love this place. If you don't know if you like something they will allow you to try it. The butterscotch suckers are to die for. I also enjoy the pecan roll. For those who aren't into nuts or caramel, I recommend The milk chocolate bordeaux.

My fiance came and got me a box the other day and I had sent him a list of things that I wanted from online, instead of the worker saying she didn't have certain pieces she added pieces she thought would be okay which is not okay at all... it was 10% of everything I wanted but she added more things that weighed more so instead of being 32 like the online price it was 42... I'd enjoy coming to this location but it doesnt make sense when you dont wanna just be honest about certain things so it could be fixed in the moment... it only takes a few questions to get it right,ive been here a few times and some of the ladies just don't seem to care.

Or course the product is great it’s the service that is terrible. The large Hispanic angry lady is the worst. She is clearly miserable at work and doesn’t seem to like helping customers. Lots of attitude customers don’t need.

Went to See's for Christmas stocking treats. Found some - there was a good selection of small stocking size items. Also found peppermint dark chocolate treats - some for them, some for me ? . Added chocolate fudge with walnuts for me.The peppermint treats and the walnuts fudge are terrific. I will go back to See's.
Kid-friendliness: They hand out candy. Every child loves that.
Wheelchair accessibility: See's is ADA legal.

The staff here is amazing !!! It’s very busy now that it is the holiday season and everyone here is great ! They were all working so hard and as quickly as possible . Fantastic customer service by the 5 women working this morning

The best chocolates around. Friendly customer service, and thank you for the free sample. Note, the price of chocolates has gone sky high. Be prepared to spend money.

It was nice to get a sample and we purchased a sample box for my grandchildren. I wish I would have asked if they would have cut them in half. There is also next time. I had recently visited the Tacoma Mall store and purchased chocolate covered codials and I am still savoring that purchase.

The girl that helped me was great but appeared like a new employee. Twice she asked the other two employees a question to which neither answered. She apologized to me several times. The other girl almost pushed her out of her way to get in a drawer without saying excuse me or anything. No smiles from anyone but the gal helping me. I felt really bad for her.
