I love SDHQ products and I've purchased multiple over the past year. This is a review for their website/policies in particular.
I placed an order today and received a confirmation email. Several minutes later, I got another email asking for a copy of my photo ID. Sounds sketchy so I called. SDHQ told me that they won't process my order until I email them a copy of my photo ID because "people buy our items and then resell them online for cheaper".
That's a ridiculous way to do business and I'm not willing to send photos of my ID to buy a set of battery terminals.

They were very friendly people, and they were very helpful. The inside of the place is worth visiting alone. Lots of cool stuff.

First time at SDHQ. Went to their garage sale to look around and waited for shop to open. Huge huge store and was helped out by Ryan and Bryce with getting some rear fox shocks for my truck. Definitely going to be my go to shop!??

been going to SDHQ since they opened up on Baseline rd. Its a great place to pickup all of your offroad needs from weld on tabs to race quality parts. Staff is very knowledgeable and helpful at making choices of products.

Hi, I have been using SDHQ for the last couple years ever since I purchased my Tacoma . They have everything you need and more , there staff is very knowledgeable and helpful I had the pleasure of having Brice helping me through my latest upgrades, and the work that was done by the mechanics was perfect! I needed to replace my upper control arms and wanted to go w/kryptonites. I spent 2 hours calling around the country including kryptonites factory to no avail. I call one last local company and that was SDHQ. I was expecting the same question “ how long do you want to wait “ stupid question buy the way, to my surprise the guy says come pick them up. I crapped myself lol, he says they have a pallet full. Other companies said 6-8 weeks out. This is my new go to off-road shop bar none!!! Keep up the great work

I called about buying the blue jeep 392 build on Youtube and Ebay. Talked to a very arrogant and rude guy named Jordan. He is very bad for your business in my opinion, if that's the way he treats a guy trying to buy a 125k built jeep. I'm located in Tucson and could be there in 2 hours to buy it. He did nothing, but not answer any of my questions. Then said I could not talk to the owner or manager. He said the only way I could talk to either one is to email them!!!! What kind of business are you running there???? I'll be sure and let everyone I know in Tucson that's part of the 4 wheeling community and the 4×4 clubs I'm part of to stay away from your business.

I Physically Can't Stop Saying Great Things About This Place. I've Been Associated With Them For Many Years And Just Like Fine Wine They Only Get Better With Age. Brice And The Crew Are Absolutely The Best. They Have Parts For My Personal Projects And Knock It Out Of The Park For Everyone I've Sent Their Way. Best offroad store in the Valley, they'll have what you need, suggestions for ways to do things.
Plenty of lights and parts in stock, even stuff you wouldn't think anybody would had. Definitely could rebuild just about anything on a Toyota just with the parts they carry.
Tons of inhouse branded stuff for all the popular trucks/suvs.

I have been a customer for over 10 years. 4 trucks done up by them and every time the work is spot on. SDHQ has earned their solid reputation for two reasons as I see it: they know what they are doing and they care about their customers. Despite the high quality work and excellent customer service, I feel their prices are still very fair and more than justified. They are not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for. As the saying goes, if you think hiring a professional is expensive, wait until you hire and amateur! If you want it done right and done right the first time, I highly recommend SDHQ.

Bought one of the SDHQ Billet battery hold downs for my 2013 4Runner id recommend SDHQ to anyone else who has a 4runner. I originally ordered this through runnin4tacos however, they couldn't seem to ship the product even after 5 days waiting while SDHQ shipped mine the same day I ordered the product.
