For years I had Geico to cover our auto and home insurance. Anytime I needed something I would call an automated system and it wasn’t very efficient. After deciding this wasn’t a good process for me, I got referred to Ron Dalee at State Farm. Him and his team always answer the phone and it’s awesome to speak to someone instead of an automated system. Ron, Luanna, and Madison most recently have been such a pleasure to work with, I would highly recommend!

Needed a tow (flat tire on the 101 during rush hour) didn’t realize I had Roadside service -I do :) Able to be reimbursed- hooray. Madison made it easy to submit my receipt and was friendly and efficient. Thanks!
