We went to sign up for membership. After finishing the various paperwork. We wanted to make sure we could also use the member ship card in Mexico. (There is one half an hour car trip after the border) It was the main reason we wanted to get the card.
So very disappointed to be told No you can't use it. So, I canceled the card. Sam's probably loses money because of this clause.

Lance in the food court is extremely professional, friendly, and a great personality!

No many selections on different products, the food court was terrible Saturday around 6pm and only 1 guy taking orders and preparing orders, only item available was a cold hot dog, No pizza ! , shelf empty, the line to order was long , the line at the door was long with only 1 lady checking the receipts, bad management !
That's why Costco is my only option.

Spoke with Adam in Customer service on 5/13/2024 at 5:05pm. Not sure why this guy is in customer service. He was very rude over the phone and provided confusing and conflicting information. In the brief 2 minute phone call he talked down to me multiple times.

This Poor review is for the Cafe', we all stood in line for 20 minutes for a freaking ? & yogurt! You need more than one person who's taking orders & filling the orders RIDICULOUS!! ?????? Next time we'll go to Costco Geez!!

The little food cafe is always understaffed with a long line. The staff doesn’t try to hurry no matter how long the line is either. The store manager needs to get over to the cafe and help. That’s what I would do if I were the manager, but the manager is too busy playing with her cell phone.
