Went with my friend for a couple different reasons but mainly to see what they had compared to Costco, I would probably stay with Costco but I will say this is definitely a close second and if I could I would have both and never go to Walmart gain but definitely is a great place to go to and has a lot of inventory and a lot of items, the isles are a little tight to where it is difficult to comfortably get 2 carts down 1 while but isn’t impossible. Definitely will come back with my friends while I take them to Costco using my membership lol, this is basically the bougie Walmart lol for cheap because of get more product for cheaper

visited this location for just one single pack of wet dog food and as I go to leave I'm haunted by a line of shoppers waiting to show their receipts and leave. the employee checking receipts lets every single person in front of me who happens to have carts full of items go without scanning their receipts. as I go assuming I would go by as well since I have just one item I get stopped and have my receipt scanned and my singular item scanned to make sure I purchased it. the difference between the people who were let though and me was that they were white and I was brown. you would think this policy of checking receipts would apply to all people but I guess not.

This is to get someone’s attention for those working so damn hard in that food court. Every time I come in there it’s only two people working that dept, they are busting their asses to do the job of 4 people. Get them some help, they do not deserve to get told rude things and yelled at by impatient customers just because the store/management fails to schedule or hire enough people for that dept.

Thought gorilla shelving was $10 off like it was at another Sam's. Left without getting what I wanted. Otherwise. Store was very nice.

Update: Sam Club reply, look at the 1 star rating you haven't fixed anything in past year. Poor food court, poor customer service it's the same complaints over and over, your reply means nothing. Hopefully your store keeps getting 1 star reviews.

I visited this location a couple of weeks ago to get tires installed. Today I went to go put air in my tire cause it said it was low, and realized there was a nail in one of my tires. I called customer service and let them know and asked what I could do to get the tire fixed they told me I could go to Sam’s Club in person to get it fixed. I asked if I need an appointment and customer service told me I didn’t. I did go a few minutes after they open this morning and the gentleman told me that he could not help me today due to him being alone. He said the earliest he could do would be tomorrow at 5 PM. I was upset because I was told I didn’t need an appointment and I could just walk in. I called customer service back And they told me that it was on a first come first serve basis. I understand everybody has a policy regarding walk-ins, but I should’ve been made aware prior to driving 40 minutes one way and now driving 45 minutes back home. I am very unhappy with the service I received today. And now I have to wait two days before I can get that fixed.

I was on hold for about 30 minutes before I had to hang up. They passed me around 3 times and nobody would even allow me to ask a question. I did not receive a courtesy call back either. This club management needs some management!

Gas is $3.21 at market st, and $3.02 on Gilbert rd and Huston. That's BS
