I stopped and to get my tires checked because I thought they might be leaking air. Jesus was so kind and very willing to help. Because Of his skill and customer Care, he was able to diagnose a Larger problem, there was a cut in my tire that was irreparable. He quickly provided me three different quotes to replace two tires. The order came in quickly, and when I brought it in for installation his customer service went above and beyond my expectations. His Technical knowledge and his customer service are both the best in its class. He made me feel like a VIP. During the installation, he uncovered a very serious hidden problem And was able to take care of that also. because of his expertise, he saved me from a potentially life threatening accident. I will never go anywhere else from now on and will share this wonderful experience with my family and friends. The quality of the tires they sell and the warranties provided, along with a great customer experience make this location my top recommendation! Thank you, Jesus, I am grateful to be able to drive safely because of you.

The young kids working there have no empathy and dont care about your safety. They are not willing to help or offer advice but yet do hobby projects like work on their own motorcycles rather than help with an emergency. Not worth it. Not the sams club way.

Costco stresses me out. Every time I go to Sam's club I leave feeling happy. Parking is always a breeze, it's never crowded, great selection and you can self check out on your phone!

Yeah just not worth the savings, just go to your normal tire store. Saved 900$ on mounting and balance but had to get lug nuts replaced and fixed, then the tpms valve was defective they replaced and took another hour and a half, about to have discount Tire recalibrate the tpmses

It is the best grocery store in the world I love it has everything you need. And ice cream is the best and it is cool in there and the backers are nice and they will do anything for you

Food court ladies have no desire to move the line of people along. They act they are talking a leisurely walk in the park. They don't care that people need to eat and get on with other tasks. I guess when you are paid by the hour there is no incentive to care about customers.

Customer service just kept transferring me and hung up on me Update: Response from customer service. Good until they REFUSE to extend my membership by THREE DAYS. THREE DAYS. seems absurd to me

I've dealt with kind helpful employees here, but the young girl with big fake eyelashes has a huge attitude problem and clearly doesn't care about her job or the customers in the store. Was unhelpful and rude when I was in the store asking for help. One bad employee can unfortunately ruin it for the rest. She was also on her phone texting openly.

I ordered my quarterly 20 cases of drinking water this morning and the new customer service rep was confused about how large order in person pick ups work. She made me sit out front by the exit door and had me wait for someone to bring it to me. I waited for 35 minutes and called the front desk angrily and Sam answered. This young man assured me he will solve the problem and find my order! he was beyond helpful. He was Personable and useful and helpful. He helped me load up my truck as he was answering his walkie-talkie and phone trying to help other people. This man is the reason my Family has been going to Sam's club for 25 years. I hope this review reaches you Sam!! You are amazing !!

I've been with Sam's Club since 1998. Why do people join Costco--I have no idea. I asked a Costco rep why they don't have early hours for Plus members, like Sam's Club--her answer--because Costco cares more about their employees! Wow, who told her to say that and I hope she was fired. Sam's has curbside pick-up at 0600, Plus hours starting at 0800 and amazing customer service

Do not purchase items for delivery. I have ordered delivery from the store and shipping orders too. I have yet to receive my orders. The customer service people have ignored my requests to find out where my items are. I have been advised to call the store. If you call the store it just rings and rings. So basically they just leave you hanging with no resolution. I have also tried to cancel my membership but my request was denied because I am not able to go to the store. Ridiculous!
