I really only have a specific issue that has left me very concerned about renewing with Sams Club. I got a trial membership and have been turning down the renewal of it, because it's just not worth the money to me. MY membership paid for on MY card. my mom has an add on card and buys her own things on her card when we go (always together). Every time at the register, we select "no" to renewing. Well, today, mom goes in and finds that they have pulled MY membership fee from HER account with absolutely NO AUTHORIZATION to do so. The only way they could have gotten her info is from when she shopped there. I will say that the manager/lead was AWESOME and gave us the refund in cash, as this was going to cause mom to be overdrawn. But couldn't explain to me how this happened. I don't see any acceptable reason why this should have happened.

Love Sam's. Hate most deliveries. 2 deliveries Jan 10th. Both fairly heavy boxes left directly blocking my front door! Why can't the driver place packages beside the door?? Even behind the pillar there? Amazon packages are left there. Depends on the driver. There's no point in calling. I've tried. There is no way to control the driver doing a good job. I miss the days of " customer service". I should be happy the delivery was made, I guess.

I have been waiting over 3 hours now for my curbside pickup order that I placed YESTERDAY! Update: I ended up waiting 4 hours (I have a disability and a herniated disc in my spine, I was in a lot of pain and they refused to let me cancel the order even after I told them so). And I check our order today and we're missing our chicken breast and they still charged us for it.

I love buying my bulk products at Sam's Club. It's clean and organized. The bonus for me is being able to scan and go. I just pull off to the side and scan my items, pay, show QR code and off I go. No muss, no fuss! And NO waiting in line.

Customer service is horrendous! I pay for membership, thus, i should not have to be my own cashier. Thanksgiving eve and only 2 cash registers manned by employees, then, they don't want to put your items on a box so it is easier to unload. If i wanted to be a cashier i would apply for a job. I am a paying customer who pays for membership and i deserve to have an employee at the cash register!

What happened to the cart organization in the parking lot? Always used to be orderly but out of control now! My cars been hit with carts last few times I went. Hire more competent cart runners' won't be going back!

I have been shopping at this Sam's Club for over 15 years for good reasons. Aside from the products, what brings me back to, "The Club" are the employees. Every time I ask for assistance I am greeted with a smile and someone who is always willing to help me locate a product. It's rare in retail now-a-days to find that every employee is friendly and helpful. There is one exceptional employee that always has an extra big smile for me and makes me feel special when I walk through Sam's Clubs' doors. That employee is Ken. I have a high stress job and it's really nice to be greeted in such a friendly manner. It makes my day. Thank you, Ken for putting a smile on my face, especially when I have had a hard day at work. And keep watching those sunsets!

Items are reasonably priced not as busy as Costco. If you buy large quantities, this is a place to shop.

I wanted to leave a review for a young man named Jake who handles the carts. I frequent Sam's often and it's pretty noticeable when he is off. The days he works the cart corrals are empty and everything looks organized. I was there early this morning and I had to walk into the parking lot to grab a cart for shopping. Hopefully he is being recognized because he definitely stands out as a hard worker with a positive attitude.

Best price on gas! Gas alone is worth the membership price. Prices are better than Costco for the food items I buy for my family of three with no pets. Staff is always friendly. Went to do an exchange of diapers and employee didn't know how to do exchange but, did a refund and had me repurchase. Work arounds are a solution.

I come here for groceries twice a month but more for the gas. Today 4/29/23 the gas was at $4.45 that's .55 cents less than the competition

DO NOT RELY ON THEM FOR A CAKE! Ordered a 3 tier cake with flowers and was told ONE HOUR BEFORE PICKUP that all they would be able to provide for me was a SHEET CAKE. They said they didn't have "dowel supports" to be able to make the cake like it's the hardest item to find in the valley let alone in a bakery! So unprofessional! Do yourself a favor and save a headache the day of your celebration and trust a different bakery to fulfill your order! Thank you for ruining my day! I will never recommend Sam's club bakery to anyone! RUNNNN
