We were shopping for a new kitchen table & chairs for our remodeled kitchen. After walking thru at least a dozen stores (I’m not kidding) and not being impressed by their selections, we walked into Salt Creek Furniture and found exactly what we wanted. No sales people following you around, no pressure to “buy today” - in other words, a place I highly recommend that sells beautiful furniture with a knowledgeable sales staff there to assist with your questions. Wonderful delivery team too!

I always hate to leave a bad review. But I’m so disappointed in SALT Creek June I purchased Flexsteel furniture and an entire home of high-end furniture. When it was delivered, I wanted to refuse the loveseat. I could tell that had been used Set in. I ended up keeping it and five days later I sent customer service pictures of the way the furniture looked. That was in June. I still have not got this resolved. I do not understand why Flexsteel is not covering the furniture or why even SALT Creek is not covering a warranty on it. I even paid extra for Warranty. I messaged Flexsteel. They sent a message to SALT Creek saying that they would send me new cushions.. This was in June I received the cushions in January only the insert. I messaged customer service Michael and ask them if they’re going to put the cushions in. And what about the leather that looks so bad. I have not had a response from Michael. This is a week ago. It is really too bad I had an incredible sales experience with Jamie. He went over and above to help me. It looked to me like the furniture was used as a floor model. The pictures that I am showing were taken five days after I received the furniture . June 2023 now it is February.

Our shopping experience was truly enjoyable. A lot of information and help was offered without the pressure. We love our new dining set.

Great store, everyone was knowledgeable and quality is certainly much better than other local big-box stores. Received furniture on time and delivery crew was also outstanding. Also love that they’re a local family-owned store.

When I went to their store, I was in awe. I was treated kindly and giving a discount for just entering a lifetime membership. I went to five different stores, and they were the only ones that had what we were looking for. Would recommend, an amazing find.

We ordered our furniture on March 7th and on June 26th we received our order minus 2 chairs. No heads up about any items missing. When we called them about it they seemed like they really didn't care since the already go the sale from us. It's sad There is no communication at all . Now they are saying we are not going to get them until December what kind of company does business like that I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Never buying from them ever.

Our salesperson, Garrett, provided us a very positive furniture shopping experience! He was patient, courteous, personable and knowledgeable about the furniture in the store and helped us choose the best leather color to fit our decorating color scheme. We'll definitely be back for other items for our new home.

The furniture was decent but over priced compared to places that I have been. My fiancee liked some pieces there, and I was ready to spend more to buy them for her. We were told that they had to be ordered and shipped from the Midwest, and it would take nine weeks to get. We weren’t in a hurry, so we figured we would wait the nine weeks. I found out later that information was a lie because the items are actually made here in Phoenix! We were ready to purchase these items until we were told that delivery would be ninety nine dollars. I thought high end furniture would come with free delivery but even if i had to pay no way would i pay so much. When i told the sales people that I was ready to buy but the delivery fee was too high, and asked them to work with me on it they replied to go pick it up myself. I told them i wouldn’t do that so they told me they couldnt help me. I told them i would have to keep looking around. Ninety nine dollars for two nightstands, a dresser and chest is way to much and I couldnt believe they would let a 2800$ sale walk out which they did! There isnt a white glove treatment as they called it with no set up on their part worth it in my opinion.

Salt Creek has a broad selection of furniture options. I can't say with strong confidence their products are fairly priced. After visiting local competitors you might find lower priced options for similar quality.
