There was no one in line so I walked up to the register and the cashier who was doing nothing made me walk the entire maze to come back up to her. Then asked me how was your day....really!!!

Disappointed in the dressing rooms closed. Only 2 in front of store for men and women. Waited 20 minutes to try on clothes.

The team at this location is so friendly and helpful. I had lost a receipt over the holidays that I needed, went into the store asked if they could pull the transaction details for me. They took down my contact information and the transaction details and promised a call back with an update. Kathy called me back same day, found the transaction details and had them printed and ready for me to pick up at my earliest convenience. Great customer service received at such a busy time of year in the retail industry, highly recommend this location.

Horrible management, there was one worker in the front and he couldn't contact the manager. No one seemed to care to help us out. The fitting rooms were closed In the back and while the fitting rooms in the front there were five teenagers doing a photoshoot in the font and we couldn't try on clothes. The kids just trashed the front and walk away, but paying customers can't get a fitting room.

I've been to several Ross locations throughout the valley and by far I would say due to the level of customer service this was the worst. I stood in line waiting for someone to acknowledge me to come to the register while waiting I decided to just look at the things that were sitting behind me I came on my lunch break to get my kids some clothes. I waited for about a minute after waiting several minutes in line and meeva still didn't acknowledge me until I asked her what she ready for me and then she goes to stay instead of saying yes oh I was waiting for you and I said Well ma'am I was just waiting for you like any other Ross person that I can help the next person in line did not do that let her know I was on my lunch break so I was pressed for time she often Puft verbal nonverbal attitude then as she was ringing up my clothes she started to instead of black put them in the bag nicely she balls them up now clothes that were not wrinkled are going to be wrinkled because of her. Then she goes to just toss my receipt on the counter and I asked her to hand it to me I was just not happy at all with this customer service but I love the store overall

The store manager is very rude and she looks down on people. I will never go to this again so disrespectful

Store was neat and had a good variety of items. I liked that they have so many options when it comes to dresses and sizes.
Line moved quickly and they of course have all sorts of interesting items while waiting for checkout. Cashier was quick and friendly.

I would say collection is comparatively lesser than the one which i experienced in other Ross locations…only 2 fitting room available and lot of waiting time in case crowded

I think the lady for the dressing rm assistant her name was Koda, she was so lovely and helpful. My olive oil bottles were falling out of the bottom of my cart and she took all 6 bottles and put them inside the cart to keep them save so they don't break while I was In the dressing room. You don't have experience like this now days. And my Cashier assoc # 215437 was very lovely as well. Store was organized and clean. Could have bigger selections in house holds dept is very low.

Employees are always rude if bothered and do not speak to you when checking out. A little bit of customer service and politely behaving is apparently what Ross does not want their employees to do. Seems they are all miserable.
