I recently took my 4-Runner to Tim to have my oil changed. I had been given a previous quote from another auto shop for several repairs and wanted to get a second opinion from Tim as well. Tim confirmed I didn’t need any of the repairs that were listed on that earlier quote except for my brakes. He took care of my brakes and gave me a fair price. I trust Tim and will be bringing my Toyota back to him in the future. Thanks again, Tim!

"BEWARE". I've used Ritter's and sent friends and family. Good service unless they CANNOT fix your issue! The A/C stopped blowing cold. Was told it was compressor. $1,200 later took car home and within 3 days stopped blowing cold again. Took it back, put die in it and when I again returned, I was told he didn't have the proper tools to find the issue. Asked for a partial refund being that I had taken it in to have cold air, and the issue was NOT fixed. I was told to go elsewhere, wouldn't receive any compensation and that I was an "entitled human being". I wouldn't have had an problem if he found the issue and it cost more money, or told beforehand that he could replace compressor but couldn't check for leaks. I understand that sometimes it is a process of elimination with mechanical issues. I don't accept being called names and told to take my car elsewhere. Also how do you run a repair shop replacing an A/C compressor but not have the proper equipment to find the a leak?The facts are:I took my car in to have the A/C fixed.I paid for the service.I still have a car blowing hot air.When I take my vehicle to a repair shop, I pay to have the issue fixed, which it wasn't.Services: Auto A/C replacement

Tim was flexible, yet quick to work with when I needed my check engine light addressed. It was some spark plugs and coils--from the start he was very clear about how much it could cost. It can feel like a drag when I need to take a car into the dealer or to a business for repairs I cant handle, but I will continue to take my cars for work with Tim due to his trustworthy and transparency he has shown.

I don't trust mechanics however I trust this place 200 percent. The draw back he is always so busy there is usually a wait but I would not go anywhere else

Tim is awesome! Great mechanic, personable, excellent customer service. His shop is always busy and those !re the reasons why. If I can't fix it myself, he will be getting the call.

I have been going to Ritters for years and now my son takes his car there too. He is very trustworthy with such reasonable prices. I don't trust many business people, especially in the automotive industry.. but I do at Ritters. I'm lucky to have a reliable, professional, honest mechanic so close to me!
