Smooth and easy in and out, and all the vacuums are the same and work great!! I talk with Christian and he was extremely informative and went out of his way to help me out!

Terrible company, I have been cancelling my account that I didn't know we had until our credit card bill came for over 6 months. No-one will return phone calls, emails and I've visited in person 4 times. I still have no results!

I have been a member of this car wash since 2017. The staff was always decent and sometimes really good. Recently there was a new manager which terminated my account because I did not put the wash sticker on my windshield. I cannot do that since it’s my company’s car. The manager was really rude about it and terminated my account yet I am still getting charged? I never write reviews but I had to since this car wash choose money over loyalty even when I had the most expensive option that this car wash supplies. Pure ridiculous.

Towels are old and dirty and the car wash is completely outdated. Plenty of good options close by, don’t waste your money.

I have had a membership since this place first opened that is how long I’ve been a member. They have had their share of very unpleasant employees and a few pleasant ones. I couldn’t tell you how many times that it’s been broken going through the wash or closed or the readers not reading the sticker you having to get multiples because something is not working.
Today I pull up and I don’t have my sticker on my windshield because lately every single time the reader wasn’t working and there was a problem. I was so tired of backing up and going to another lane. This guy comes and knocks on my window so rudely prior to me going into the car wash. And tells me you need to have your sticker on your window. He has no idea I’ve been a customer since this places opened and the quality of the equipment and vacuum’s have completely gone down hill there isn’t any maintenance being taking care of at this Car Wash since opening.
So he says to me you need to put the sticker on your windshield now so rudely I looked at him like are you kidding me and you’re going to speak so rudely to me like he did. I rolled up my window and he says I’m going to be terminated.
Attn: Management this location needs a reset and to be trained with the guys in Mesa where they are absolutely on point every time. The equipment is in better shape and the employees are great.
Training and Customer Service is NOT here.

Rinse N Ride Car Wash on Val Vista in Gilbert never disappoints! Always a positive experience, greatcar wash and the attendants who work here have always been so helpful and friendly.

Used to be my go-to local car wash. Customer service not a thing any more. They got me to buy an expensive wash on a BOGO deal. Went back to use it 15 days later, code expired. Small print on receipt says use within 14 days. My bad. No exceptions. Except I understand how to keep customers. I’ll find a new go-to.

BEWARE - This location fraudulently signed me up for a membership and charged my card $15/mo for 7 months. It went under the radar but when we finally realized neither my spouse or I was getting their car washed here, we tried to cancel it and you cannot get a hold of anyone. We are still trying to get refunded by this place and allegedly, Teague “the manager,” took care of the problem but is never there. Just be aware because a I’ve read this has happened to many of their customers.

I've never been sandwiched between two other vehicles in a car wash. Realized halfway through I was no longer moving and after the foam washers moved off my windshield I realized the car in front of me was no longer moving and the track was just pushing me into it. I had to honk my horn to get the attendant to come figure out what was going on and get the car in front of me moving again as I had my foot on the brake. The rest of the wash was very slow moving and I had an Escalade inches away from my back bumper as well.
Not coming here again!

Most stalls did not have air sprayers. Those are great to get the water from between cracks.
