I love RH Outlet. I have picked up several pieces of furniture at a great price. I would like to recommend Donation Movers if you do decide to get your items delivered. Their price was the most reasonable from their trusted vendors.

We had the pleasure of visiting RH Outlet located at 2700 W. Chandler Blvd., Chandler, AZ this day (03/17/24) and received exceptional service from associate Giovanni Alvarez. Mr. Alvarez is not only personable, professional, articulate and knowledgeable but also has a very distinctive eye for putting together a room. He helped us with our dining room and we are beyond thrilled with our purchase and look forward to the delivery. Mr. Alvarez completed our transaction quickly and efficiently and assisted with the delivery options. I would note that every single employee we encountered at this store was friendly and welcoming making for a very positive and enjoyable shopping experience. I would highly recommend RH Outlet for your furniture purchase.

Great outlet store for Restoration Hardware pieces that don’t pass muster at the store but are still functional. Great option that gets new stuff regularly.

Fabulous selection and options of RH for every room and outdoor living. High quality and in very good shape at major cost savings. Just like at the regular RH you receive excellent customer service. Today I was just looking for those extra touches to make a room from ok to extra special, and RH had just the pieces to take my room to the next level.Also, sometimes the price posted is not the current price, yep it might be even lower.

Small selection. Way over priced. A good amount of items are damaged or dirty. For example...a small "C" table literally had chips of wood missing from at least 3 places and they still wanted $475! Paying for the name not quality in my opinion. Very disappointed.

Called looking to find out if they had a show room model for a specific RH couch. They currently went to the show room to double check, but unfortunately they did not have what I was looking. I did appreciate the way I was treated.

Love RH! You really will find it difficult to buy better quality elsewhere. However, even for an outlet, the prices still can be a bit steep. But, if you love RH and want to buy a new piece, check this place out, huge selection.

What a complete waste of time. Prices barely marked down astronomically high prices. These are not outlet prices. There are a few things marked down but overall half the stuff is damaged and the prices do not even reflect the fact the damage. Why?? Nor sure what the point of this place is but don't waste your time or gas trekking out here.

Never have I ever had a sales person look down at my bag to see what brand it was before coming to this store. She didn't even try to hide it either, she was trying to scope out my financial situation through my handbag designer. What a crock.Other than that, there are a few nice pieces here. But I don't think paying $10k for a scratched up leather couch or $7k for a stained chair is worth it. Is it the name people want? I've literally never heard of them until seeing the sign at the shopping center.If I had that much money to spend, I would rather spend it on new Ralph Lauren furniture.Edit: I see what the company is, Restoration Hardware changed their name, business model and their prices. No thank you!

We were happy to find this location after the Gilbert location closed. The service was friendly and as expected there are some good deals here on some awesome furniture. We are Restoration Hardware fans as we have a number of pieces that have held up quite well. So finding some extra special pieces at a discounted price is awesome, of course.
