I previously used this company for garage installation on my mother's home. I was very impressed with the down-to-earth personality yet down-to-business. After several quotes, this place seemed the most reasonable and fast to respond but honestly, the communication alone sealed the deal for me.Two years later (this week) the door was having issues closing. I contacted the same company directly and spoke to Jeff. Jeff's communication was amazing! He responded to my inquiry and scheduled a convenient appointment for an assessment. He arrived on time and thoroughly inspected the garage, explaining the issue providing complete transparency. Turns out my boomer mother didn't realize something was blocking the sensor. ?

A very honest and reliable business. I was recently widowed, having problems with my garage door. Ryan and Eric came out the same day, helped me with the issue and did not charge me. Months later, my springs broke. They came out that day, accessed the problem and fixed it within the week and at a good price. Thanks guys!!!

Reliable Garage Repair is an efficient, friendly, local service team--I am very glad to find them! They came the same day I called and were able to quickly tune my garage door back to smooth operation. They explained all of the details and showed me how to open the door in case of a power outage. Highly recommended.

Eric came out, did an inspection on my garage, found out very quickly my springs weren’t strong enough for the weight of the door I had which led to premature wear and tear on my motor! Gave me a fair price quote and serviced my garage door. Even went out of his way to reprogram my keypad which hadn’t been working for over a year lol. Very happy and satisfied with this companies service! Will definitely be using them for now on.

They definitely are reliable and they patiently explained what the issue was to me. The men were very kind and went the extra mile to ensure I was taken care of. They were an answer to my prayer.
