This is my neighborhood Goodwill. I have shopped here since 2016. Management and staff changes but the store remains pretty amazing all the time. Recently, I’ve noticed that the store is beyond organized and clean. The prices went up for a while but they seem to have come back down to acceptable levels. The assistant manager, the one I see the most, Michael, is very attentive, kind, and works diligently. When I do donations, I see him in the back tagging clothes and working quickly. Isa, walks around sweeping and keeps the floor so clean and free of debris. He is happy and helpful. Seven is such a kind employee. Always available to help and moves quickly and respectfully. Christian is friendly and funny and talkative. Nazera, the lady who seems to always be putting out clothing, works so quickly and organizes as she goes. I would have to say that this team that is currently working at the Goodwill has been the best team ever. I love the color organization of clothing and how everything is in place. I wish they wouldn’t rotate the employees but they do. I wish that this team would always stay here because it keeps the store clean and stocked well and a happy place to be. I come here regularly and nobody makes me feel weird for coming so frequently. They also always want to be helpful and say hi. this store has amazing inventory. It’s extremely clean. There’s always parking. Drop off of donations is quick and easy. Pick up of purchased items is also super simple. The people help you without complaint. I give this store the highest rating possible, and I am a huge Goodwill fan for all of my life.

The cleanest, organized, and nicest Goodwill I have ever been to. Great employees! I will be coming back often.

A much nicer Goodwill than most locations. Although I can afford new things, sometimes thrifting is the way to go. This location sadly was scarce on clothes I liked, but it was clean and the service was friendly.

We payed for our shorts and accidentally left them in the store. We realized this when we got home then went back to get them and the little blonde kid that looked like he was 12 said that someone took it. He was being very skeptical and we think he took them. He was very disrespectful but the store is good.

I don’t know when a thrift store started pricing the clothing at $100, a Tory Burch sweater with stains for $100. Makes me sad that a second hand store wants so much money for all the stuff they get for free. Will not be donating anymore at my local goodwills. ? I hope they re check who is pricing all the stuff.

Manager (light haired female on register 1) wouldn't take a return on a broken game because the scanner didn't work. Plus I found another game I returned in the recent past (also for not playing) that they had restocked on the shelves. This store was so much nicer last year.

Goodwill is a joke. Use to go there for deals. They are getting so greedy with their ridiculous prices for things they are being donated. This is an example of what they sell and price

Store is clean, but every time I go in there I don’t seem to find anybody that is helpful. I went in today, and I found a leaf blower that I thought would be great for my home. There was no extension cord to test it with. So I just asked an employee to help me find one and they said they must not be any and went back to the conversation They were having. Most other employees there were sitting on the furniture and not doing anything. I get times are tough right now but if someone comes in asking for some help, it really makes one upset to be ignored. Also whoever the guy is at the cash register is rude. He’s made me feel uncomfortable The last two times I’ve come to this location. I will not be returning to this location. What a shame.

I have found some great deals but I think I usually come at the wrong time because it is often packed with customers and harder to shop. Not as clean as I’d like but employees are helpful and friendly. Gotta dig for deals as stuff can be over-priced (goodwill usually is) compared to other thrift stores. It doesn’t deter me much but I shop elsewhere more often than here.

Gets at least 3 stars cause it's a Goodwill. But I will be donating to other Goodwills. Joe snapped at me anytime I asked a question. It felt like I was an inconvenience. He picked through a truck bed full of donations and would not take things like a couple of ikea shelves because, "we don't sell construction materials".

Me and my wife have been standing at register one for over 35 minutes waiting for help to do a return no 1 has came out the back they have called 4 times for the manager to come out I have went to the back and no 1 have not came out. Just went to the back again and they told me that he would come out when he have time to come out. Customer service at its lowest here very unsatisfiedOK someone has came out now to inform us that we have to come back another day because he cannot stop from moving furniture around in the back which has no customers he is just moving furniture around but he can't come out and help the customer in front Very disappointed we come here so much I don't understand

Went to the Goodwill today at this location to look at vacuums and this is what I saw. I would not want my customers to see this.

Goodwill stores are out of control with their pricing. Many of times you can go buy something brand new that has not been worn or damaged for just a little more than what they are charging. These warm and use donations are being marked up where some people cannot afford become make purchases that need the help. Goodwill shame on you for all your price hikes. I tried to post to Bubba but it will not. One is it Teddy Ruxpin for 7999. Online they are going for $40 maybe 50. I also have a sweater that is a Rock & Republic that has a hole in it that they are selling for 1999. Goodwill shame on you
