We want to give a HUGE shout out to Jesse at Premier auto in Gilbert. When they say they are here to get us into a car they really mean that. They stand by their pledge 1000%. We went into this with not the best situation and from the beginning Jesse made us feel comfortable and human. He did NOT stop trying until he got us into our dream car. I can truly say from the bottom of my heart that this man is an angel. Thank you so much Jesse for not giving up on us round one of car shopping. Thank you for sticking it out and watching us drive away in our dream SUV!!!

Shady Car Dealer. Not sure how they have so many good review on Google, and Yelp shows a different story.Poor customer service and go about their business the wrong way. I wanted to just get a price on a vehicle to see if we are in the same ballpark and all they want to do is... "come in and talk to us". I drove in and looked at cars and nobody wanted to talk to me then, but now you do. The refused to provide me what their vehicles are priced at.Stay away, there are honest dealers in the area that are more willing to help.

I would never buy a car from this place again. I have had this car for under 4 months. Already broken down and they and may I say very rudely told me it’s been just over 3 months we won’t do anything to help. Was unable to get an extended warranty. Sure are nice when selling you a car. I should have known better when they had to come pick my car up twice to get emissions because the first 2 were lost. I will make sure to be screaming from the rooftops how you don’t stand behind your products and refuse to work with your customers. Fast forward a few months. Paid $3000 + to have a new battery, alternator, water pump, and belt tensor replaced. These are all things my mechanic said this dealership ABSOLUTELY knew about when selling me this vehicle. Crooks!
