This company is top notch! I am in the insurance industry and have dealt with many water / fire mitigation companies over the years. I truly have to say that this is the best one I've ever dealt with. All of their staff was well kept, professional, on time and very knowledgeable about the process. Our project manager was clear, concise and understood the value of time during a water loss. The owner checked in and was there if I needed her, which was comforting. All in all, I would highly suggest you contact this company if you need their services. It's the best I've seen, and I've seen dozens of these companies over the past 20+ years in the industry. Great work!

We had a pretty big leak in our main bathroom. Preferred choice was referred to us from a close friend. Dre showed up within a half hour of us calling (on a Saturday) and started the mitigation process. I cannot express the amount of stress he saved our family by working with the insurance company, the plumber and movers. We have a baby and live in a house that was built in the 50's so safety in the removal process was #1 for me/us. We felt heard, validated, supported and safe the entire time. 100% would recommend preferred choice.

Preferred Choice worked diligently to repair the damage to our garage walls as the result of a large water heater leak. They did a great job of replacing the damaged dry wall, the insulation in the wall, and repainting the walls. The workers were friendly, efficient, explained everything they were doing, and completed the job in a very reasonable time.

Preffered Choice did a great job!!It was a bit hectic at first ( the service rep we had assigned to us, abruptly quit so it took a minute to get us back on track.DJ did a fabulous job and took care of us. I only wish they weren’t overwhelmed with too many jobs.They also use a company called Cardinal Clean ( they are the moving people) and they are top-notch!They take your house apart and put it back together again almost perfectly!!!!Daniel , Michael and Cord ( forgive my spelling and accuracy on the last name) they were FABULOUS!!!!

**** Do not use this company ****I strongly advise that you do not use Preferred Choice Construction or their Mitigation company. The people that I've interacted with that represent these companies in the field are not trustworthy in my experience. They will say and promise anything to get you to sign the contacts. Then they will forget about everything they promised verbally and point at the contract and the adjusters estimate and say that what is there is all they can do. Any time I challenged my Project Managers they say one thing and then do nothing and latter try to gaslight you saying they never committed to anything. My projects' Project Manager wasted nearly two months and then charged me $3K for Drywall and Paint that they sub'd out anyway. My Project Manager was down right rude and unprofessional. In the end if you press them what so ever they will bail out and charge you a premium for any sub-standard work they've done.***** Again do not use this company! ****

I contacted Preferred Choice when we noticed that the carpet in my daughter’s bedroom was very damp. Turned out that our shower pan had failed from previous remodel work and leaked through the wall and into the bedroom. From the very initial call these folks took care of us and treated my family and I with the utmost respect . The communication was always on point, professional, knowledgeable and respectful to our family and home. They made this stressful situation definitely much more easier to deal with. I had a pipe suddenly burst and cause damage. PCR made the restoration process very seamless, including handling all conversations with my insurance provider. I appreciated the clear instructions on how the process would work and proactive updates throughout. Highly recommend them
