I purchase an Epson TM-S9000MJ. The product arrived well packaged and as advertised. I had some issues with the hardware not working. I wrote them explaining my issue. I received a response from Paul and he suggested my issue was due to me trying to use it in a virtualized environment. I was using UTM on an iMac M1. Paul did offer to replace the product if I wished to do so. I appreciated the offer which shows they are confident in what they are selling and are willing to stand behind it. However, I setup the printer on a physical Windows 11 machine and the printer and scanner worked perfectly. I will definitely purchase from them again. Thank you Paul for your support. Keep up the good work!

I hesitate to share my thoughts, but only because I'd like to think of this company as "my little secret." I looked high and low for the product I wanted, but couldn't find it...until I found you! The product I received was, as far as I've been able to tell so far, expertly refurbished. It works like a new item, though it was made decades ago. I don't know if they can perform the miracle you want, but their product listing is large, to say the least. The service was as good as the work. I had inadvertently ordered two of another item, so they reached out to me...twice...to verify that, saving me the hassle of returning one of them! So glad I found this company!!

I was very pleased with the service. I have a lot of experience with DVD recorders and VHS units. My preference was always with Panasonic technology. We have several of their products, including an old radio that is still working after 50 years!

Product was shipped exactly as described, it showed up when they said it would. After I received replacement bulb I had a quick question, left a message and call was returned with in 20 minutes. Will definitely use them again for my projector bulbs.

I had hoped to find a used VCR. Then I found Porter Electronics. Wow - not only did they have a used VCR but it's fully refurbished. Now I can play my old VHS tapes. The VCR works great. Have no problems at all. Thanks for the great work - to all staff at Porter Electronics.Highly recommended for the ease of ordering and the quick delivery.

Porter Electronics service was outstanding. I needed a replacement slide projector urgently. The first unit I received was actually an upgrade from the model I ordered, at no extra cost. It developed a loud noise in the fan motor, and Portor Electronics quickly offered to swap it for a different unit, again at no extra cost to me. The new unit is quiet, and works perfectly. I strongly recommend them for standing by their products.
