I’m currently with the Hanger Clinic at the moment but unsatisfied with how dirty their clinic is, I called to inquire about baby cranial helmets at Pongratz and was rudely answered and assured by the person on the line that they do in fact do helmets at this location in Gilbert. The person on the phone sounded snotty and annoyed. I hope these people either get additional training or replace considering that staff that answers the phone and the staff that sit at the front desk are the face and cover for your practice.

I love this place. Broke my arm like a ding dong. Was at the chandler clinic but they didn’t have my size. Booked it over to this office and they stayed later than they should have to accommodate me. I’m so grateful. Thanks for being amazing.

I am a very satisfied customer. I am very happy with the service i received. Erin is the lady that made my legs. She has been very helpful teaching me when i have questions. She is always in a upbeat mood and easy to talk to. They also came to the hospital with me during my healing. I am highly satisfied.

Best customer service and staff. Erin is top notch. She does an excellent job and takes the time to listen and offers great suggestions! Front office staff is friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!!!!

The best experience I could have wanted. Being a new amputee I was scared and nervous about getting a prosthetic, Erin and the staff put me at ease and explained how everything was going to happen, I felt very comfortable and at ease with the whole process. I Would and have recommended this office to others.
