So incredibly grateful I found PCA!!! After having a horrible experience with another childcare I felt discouraged and scared to place my son in another childcare. I told my husband if this childcare experience was the same I was going to have to quit my job and we'd have to figure it out. From the very first day I dropped my baby boy off it has been a wonderful experience! Ms. Caitlin the director and Ms. Ariane the assistant director are so warm and friendly! Ms. Kim the classroom head teacher is amazing and truly loves the babies! All the staff are amazing and truly love our sweet kiddos! They do so much fun activities with the kids including the infants! They do so many cute little photo shoots and crafts! All the updates and photos are so sweet! My son is so happy when I drop him off and pick him up. My husband's and my schedule very so we pick up at different times each day and no matter what time we pick our son up he is happy and being so well taken care of! I never feel anxious about dropping my son off at PCA and I feel so blessed to have found this gem of a childcare! We plan on keeping our sweet boy at PCA till he goes off to Kindergarten thank you, truly thank you from the bottom of my heart!

Regretfully, I have to post about this facility. When my oldest granddaughter started here we were pleased with the school overall. She changed classrooms once potty trained and our main teacher was phenomenal so we also enrolled my youngest granddaughter. Needless to say neither of them are enrolled to date. We lost our teacher. They have lost many teachers. The director is not pleasant and quite frankly just hung up on me after we were charged all of a sudden after 30 days of not being there. The corporate number they give you is bogus, no one answers or responds. Needless to say they need more than just a website or name change. Before choosing this program for your infant or toddler visit the school during the busy times so you can see the chaos firsthand and by all means stand at the door and watch through the window unnoticed and monitor the front desk awhile while signing in, then think twice!!! They made it sound good and look good until they couldn't.

We are so grateful for PCA. We've loved seeing our son develop such strong bonds with Ms. Jazmine, who is so sweet and somehow knows just the way to soothe every baby in her care, and Ms. Diana, who is such a wonderful person and has helped our son transition through separation anxiety with so much love. You can tell she genuinely cares for her students, and even though our boy has moved up from her class, we still stop in to visit her because he loves her so much. She always greets him with a hug and a smile. As we’ve moved up to Toddler A, we continue to be amazed by the number of new things our son is learning from Miss Aubri, Miss Julie, and Miss Chandler in Toddler A and B. We're trying to learn more sign language ourselves because he seems to enjoy it so much, and he comes home trying to say new words every week. It was a tough decision for us to enroll him in care instead of finding a way to stay home with him, but the older he gets, the more grateful we are that we made that choice as we see all of the activities he gets to participate in. We get comprehensive daily updates from the staff and they give great feedback on what our son does and how we can help make his experience at school better. The front office staff is friendly every morning when we come in, and Ms. Caitlin and Ms. Ariane are very accommodating and responsive when we have questions, concerns, or need to make a change. It is tough to find places where you feel confident your child will be taken care of, but we feel that confidence at PCA. We really enjoy the programs, enjoy being a part of the PCA family, and are excited to see what our son will learn next!

I am writing this filled with sadness and disappointment regarding the recent events at the school. Initially, my son was genuinely excited about attending this school, but now he cries every morning when I drop him off. It breaks my heart to see him feeling this way.Over time, I have had to report several teachers and bring to your attention their mistreatment of children in toddler classes A and B. Unfortunately, on 7/18, my worst fears were confirmed when I witnessed a teacher, whom I had previously reported issues about, forcefully pulling my son to the ground by his arm. I am now left with no choice but to believe that my son is being retaliated against and bullied. It is evident that this particular teacher lacks the necessary emotional intelligence, care, and empathy required to work with toddlers. The apathy displayed is disheartening, and it deeply concerns me about the welfare and well-being of all the children under their care.I must admit that I initially had rave reviews about this school, but due to several unexplained incidents and ongoing issues with this specific teacher, I feel compelled to share my honest review. My son is such a sweet and caring child, and witnessing him being treated in such a manner brought tears to my eyes.I want to emphasize that I am taking this matter seriously, and I am reporting it to the Arizona Department of Health Services (ADHS). It is my duty as a parent to ensure that my child is safe and treated with the respect and kindness he deserves.I am also sharing this experience with other parents who may want to be more attentive to what is happening in the presence of certain teachers. Every child deserves to feel safe and loved. No child should endure such mistreatment

So thankful I found PCA Lindsay! After being a stay at home mom for 2 years, my husband and I discusses and decided it was time to go back to work and find a daycare for our son. We had a vision of the care we were looking for, for our son, so then began the research. I looked around for a few months, reading reviews, visiting schools, and nothing quite fit the bill. I was honestly, genuinely nervous I wasn’t going to find anywhere for my son and was going to be a SAHP until he started grade school. The last appointment I had made to tour a school changed everything. I was so happy and pleased with everything PCA had to offer - the wonderful and caring staff, the beautiful and clean facility, the amazing playground, classroom windows with natural light!! I literally cried when I took my initial tour and immediately called my husband and said, “THIS WAS THE PLACE.” I was lucky enough to get (I think) one of the last spots in the classroom for his age group, and he was able to start almost immediately. The school provides meals to our son, which has opened his tastebuds to things he might not eat at home; he loves all the enrichment activities, he loves his friends and his teachers. I love the pace of mind I get from the app and the notifications/pictures I get throughout the day. But the biggest kicker of all is how excited he gets when we turn into the parking lot - I hear a big gasp of excitement when he sees his school and he knows he gets to go play with his friends and teachers. Some days he literally doesn’t want to leave. Everyone at the school is amazing. Everyone pitches in to help with a smile. A BIG shoutout to Miss Brianna for our initial start and assisting with the new transition, Miss Cierra for continuing the process, and everyone else in between. I don’t think I can say enough good things about this school - they truly feel like family and friends.

Before enrolling in phoenix children's academy I called and toured at least 6 other daycare centers. Phoenix Children's Academy stood out to me for its cozy environment, kind staff, and caring teachers. I met with Ariane for my first visit, she answered all my questions and concerns. My son is in Miss Breanna's class and loves it there. I love the attention the kids get. My son's class starts their mornings by reading books. The class environment is calm which I love. The reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because of the food - a lot of food is canned. I wish it wasn't but understand that most daycares provide canned food. Not all food is canned which is great. Overall, this place is awesome! Great service and excellent staff.

I've had a tough go around finding my son the right childcare since he was a baby! A lot of places promise a lot of things and then once you start sending your child there you realize they aren't holding up their end of the bargain. When I found PCA I was kind of holding my breath but hoping for the best as we tried one more time at a new place. My son loves his friends, his teachers, and all the staff here. He is 4 and can write his full name (and mine and our dog's name), he was in occupational therapy for 3 years before coming here and after only a few months here he is graduating from OT this week (because he's exceeded all goals we set for him at this age), and he is just so nurtured here. My son has had a rough road with some medical problems when he was a baby and young toddler which left us with doing therapy 5 days a week. Physical therapy, occupational therapy, and feeding therapy! As I said, he's graduating from OT because he's met the mark and passed it since starting at PCA, and he is also close to graduating PT because he's meeting and quickly starting to surpass the goals in there! I was blown away a few weeks ago when my son hopped on a tricycle at the children's museum and rode it with no issue. Riding a bike/tricycle was a goal in PT we had decided to revisit just a few months earlier because it was still just too difficult for my son. I almost cried seeing him just hop on and start riding like it was nothing! I asked him who taught him to do that and he said "uhm at school did!" If you're looking for a school that not only talks the talk but also walks the walk.... You've found the place here. We love everyone at PCA.

I'm a mother of three children; my youngest daughter began attending Phoenix Children's Academy when she was five years old, and she adores it to the point where she refuses to leave when I tell her it's time to go home. The first thing she asks is whether we may stay a little longer. My oldest daughter visits this location as well, and she cannot stop talking about it. I'm going to say that this is our home. Every teacher is extremely pleasant and skilled at communicating any topic. This is a facility that I would strongly suggest to any family. This location offers a variety of learning opportunities like, hands-on activities, as well as Spanish language to assist students in learning the language. My third child is only a few months old, and I'm overjoyed that he will soon be joining us at this wonderful facility.

PCA in Gilbert has been an absolute godsend for our family. I am admittedly an overprotective parent and have been disappointed with the quality of care of other childcare facilities. However, PCA has exceeded my expectations, and I can bring my children to PCA and be at peace knowing they are safe, loved, and learning. The staff and Director Traci are kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely care for the children. We are forever grateful to be a part of the PCA family. If you are a parent like me who constantly worries about your child's safety and looking for a childcare facility that feels like home, I encourage you to tour PCA. It is pure magic.

I'm so grateful that my little guy has a second home at Phoenix Children's Academy in Gilbert. He loves school, most of the time I have to wait 5-10 minutes for him to agree to leave when I come pick him up. They have festive and fun projects for the kids, and new activities every day. They really keep the kids engaged in learning through play, I am amazed at some of the things my son teaches me about. I give the school so much credit for where he is with his writing, math, and creative development. The hardest part is going to be leaving during the regular school year when he starts Kindergarten next year. We would recommend this school to any parent looking for quality childcare in an educational setting.

I came in to pick up my toddler from his usual class and a teacher i didn't recognize was in the room when i picked up my son. When i picked him up i realized his diaper was FULL of poop and he had dried snot all over his face and there were 1 year olds standing on the tables unsupervised . I asked her if he could be changed before he left and she told me "i don't do diapers, this isn't my class". I asked her what her name was and she refused to give it to me. I tried to bring it up to someone at the front desk and no one was up front, i waited over 10 minutes before i just left. I brought it up to his teacher the next day and his teacher said that miss Jennifer isn't usually in there and it won't happen again. SHE HAS BEEN IN THERE ALMOST EVERYDAY SINCE. I don't trust her, the room is always crazy and my son is still disgusting when i pick up. I feel like after i said something about it to his teacher, they intentionally don't change or clean him as retaliation.

This is glorified daycare. My son went here for about six months. In the six months he had five incidents with another kid and he was sent home with scratches on his face or some part of his body. According to the staff this child's was aggressive with many children, And was on a behavior plan. The teachers moved him into a different classroom where he seem to be excelling. About a month after, I get a call saying my son had been in an incident and had been scratched. And come to find they moved the child that he was having problems with into the class that he was in. After five incidents with just my son. I cant imagine how many incidents with others, the child was allowed to stay at school and continue to hurt other children. My child is now at a different preschool, to make sure he is safe an unharmed.

I am so glad I found PCA. I put my daughter in daycare before I planned on doing so and was really nervous about the transition, for both of us. I toured a couple schools that I didn't like and then immediately liked PCA when I walked in. Ms. Traci and Ms. Moira are so warm and friendly and all of their teachers have made me feel like they are part of my "village". I get texts and pictures and updates every single day that keeps my momma anxiety at bay. I am also so impressed with the knowledge she is gaining - at 2.5, my girl can sing her alphabet, count to 20 (almost), name her community helpers, and so much more. They're working with her now on potty training. I am so grateful for the foundation that they are giving her. My daughter has attended for a little over a year now and it is her very favorite place in the world, and we have gotten other families to join as well! I definitely recommend PCA.
