They had quick service since there were no other customers and although their selection of glasses are nice, they don't always have what I want. But I like that I can shop somewhere else and bring a model no. from another store and they'll complete the order!

3 things… 1 literally smelled like a sewer inside. 2. Never did get to purchase glasses because employees were busy helping walk ins even though I had an appointment. 3. The guy at the front counter was sucking on a hard candy. I kept having to ask him to repeat himself because I couldn’t understand a thing he was saying

The staff at Pearle Vision on Val Vista in Gilbert were extremely helpful. They did run into a problem with the lab work on my glasses, but they made it right and kept me in the loop. Go here for great customer service.

Posting under my husband's account. Avoid this place! Horrible experience. I had my eye exam with their doctor. She told me my prescription number. When I went to the sales person the prescription number was different. When I asked why, she said it's because the recommended lens was progressive and the different prescription number was correct. Sure enough, when my new glasses came I couldn't see clearly. When I returned the glasses they agreed the prescription number was wrong but said I should "just try to get used to it." Both the optometrist and the sale's lady made me feel like I was inconveniencing them. Finally, they agreed to order new glasses but would not credit back any of the extra money I had paid for the recommended progressive lens. So, I basically paid a fortune for reader glasses I could have purchased at Sam's Club. I will ask my husband to pickup the new glasses as I never want to set foot in this location again. I just hope the prescription is correct this time.

I had a wonderful experience with this company! They were very professional and helpful, especially Kaitlyn, and they went above and beyond to make sure that I was able to find the lenses and frames I would be happy. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy company.

The doctor was professional and seemed knowledgeable but couldn’t perform another procedure due to problems with their machine, but the receptionist was very unkind, condescending, and rude to say the least, very unprofessional and made our visit very unpleasant. She didn't want to explain anything about my daughter’s contacts and was trying to push us to buy them there instead of providing further information about prices and insurance coverage. This is not the right way to handle a business or treat a patient/customer, even her coworker was embarrassed by her behavior.

I've had great service from experienced patient, and knowledgeable staff here. They often add coupons to my purchases and are honest about how I look in the frames I try on. Keep it up.

This place was great, I have been bouncing around different places around the valley over the years trying to find the best one and I finally found it. Kind, chatty, professional and knowledgeable. This is the first time I walked away completely satisfied with the experience, thank you!

I recommend you avoid this location. They are not willing to take partial responsibility for a bad eye exam.Girl at the front desk hung up on me when I refused to allow them to charge my insurance for another exam.$400 dollars later on frame and lens and I have a boat anchor. Btw that was out of pocket, nevermind what my insurance covered.Lesson learned
