Horrible customer service. Ordered a balloon bouquet last month for my daughters birthday and since i was already at the store the associate rushed my order and even put some liquid in the latex balloons to make them last longer. Went in today and it was a different associate and different manager and i tried reordering the bouquet for my sons birthday today and since i didn't order the bouquet online because it was available online anymore for some reason. They couldn't honor the price i paid and also said i would have to pay for the liquid they use to make them last longer. I drove 30 minutes away because there is no store near where i live and had to pay twice the price i paid last month for the same balloon bouquet.

Store manager was far from helpful. He seemed to be to busy rather then helping me. Order never showed up. Was charged twice just to get what I paid for in store cause online nobody ever received but yet I showed them it was pulled from my acct. Nobody has touched base with me neither.

I bought 10 balloons for a grand opening, when the guy gave me the balloons I asked why they weren't floating and he said that the bag was weighing them down which seemed weird to me because the bag was very thin and lightweight. Well, when I got to the store and put them out by a grand opening sign, they just fell to the ground. Party city, so better or train your workers better; you ruined my grand opening!!!

Went in to fill balloons up. Was told 20 minutes. After two hours it was done, they couldn’t fill one of my balloons up because it was too big. I was fine with it, so I asked can I have the balloon back. The lady popped the balloon and said “we assumed you wouldn’t want it back, since we couldn’t fill it up” the big balloon was $40. So I asked for a discount from the other balloons since they destroyed the $40 balloon, the lady says “so you want us to pay you for a balloon you didn’t buy here?” Yeah because you took it upon yourself to destroy it…. Worst customer service ever.

Zero stars is what this place should have. This new manager does not want to help. Stood in line for 10 minutes while the poor cashier called for help and no one came. When someone finally showed up he just stood there with his arms crossed just watching. I put my stuff down and said forget it. Never experienced such poor customer service from this store and I have been coming here for years.

Me and my family went to this place for one of our family s birthday, we were standing for 35 MINUTES for them to call us but oh they did not suddenly they give us the balloons when we asked for it but they give a poor exuse saying that did could not find us but we were standing there the whole time! The price s of this place is overpriced and the floor is dirty with rude employees. Highly don't recommend this place especially if you get overwhelmed easy!

Took my own Mylar ballon in with my own anchor to be filled with helium. They told me it would be 30-45 minutes. After 1 hour and 15 minutes I just asked for my balloon back. I got a half hearted “sorry” instead of them offering to spend 30 seconds filling the balloon.

Such an atrocious experience…drove 30 mins from San Tan just to pick up a bouquet of balloons…I spent $50 and the experience was so bad, I told them to cancel the order and refund my entire purchase order. Will never come back

Might be price gouging just a bit on Halloween. I saw some VERY spooky prices on a lot of stuff. Even those weird transparent plastic face masks were about $20

Came to exchange a costume that I bought for my dog as I accidentally grabbed the wrong size. I figured it was no big deal, since I still had my receipt. I went into the store and grabbed one that I wanted to exchange it for which was a smaller size and handed her my receipt. She proceeded to look at the costume that I was returning and asked if I had the tag that was attached to it I said no because I ripped it off. It was literally the tag that said what the costume was. Then she proceeds to tell me that she can't return it or make an exchange because I don't have the little tiny tag that's on the actual costume, even though I have the receipt that shows the transaction that I made for the costume. Almost $30 down the drain. maybe you should warn people about the return policy if that's gonna be that specific. Every other place you just need a receipt. Literally made a 30 minute drive just to exchange this. Wasted time and money.

I called and was told the only way I could place a ballon order was by doing so online or in person. I was not comfortable doing that because I wanted the ribbon to be 14ft because I was going to place them in the foyer and I didn't trust that detail would be prioritized with an online order. I came in and quickly placed my order. The kid helping me didn't offer much assistance in relaying what would be best for my needs. He focused on upselling me with "unnecessary" options. He suggested I get the upgraded air that was suppose to last up to 18 hours. He got my name wrong so when they called out my name I didn't know it was my order that was ready. When I placed my order, I was very specific when I told him I needed the ribbon to be 14ft. He didn't rely that detail properly. Keith was kind and offered to redo the ribbon and make them longer, but he had already completed them and I didn't want to be difficult. I put my balloons in the car and drove home. I took my balloons out of my car and realized 2 were already losing air and no longer floated. I put them back in the car and drove back to the store. No way did I pay more for them to last longer and they're ruined before getting home. I called the store to voice my concerns. The gentleman that initially rang me up answered the phone and advised that the walk from the store to my car may have jeopardized the balloons because of the heat. I'm sorry, but was I not expected to take my balloons home? I asked to speak to a manager and a pleasant woman answered and said they would rectify my issues. I came in and Jay pulled me out of the line and said she'd be right with me. We discussed solutions and she advised she would be right with me. Keith walked up and was super friendly and helpful and had me out the door in 10 minutes.

I’m not sure why companies still think it’s okay to blame “supply chain issues” for half their store shelves being empty. Know how I know that’s a crock? Because had I had the time, I could have ordered anything that I wanted online. If I can order it, you can too.In a pinch, I thought we’d head to party city. I’ll bet half their SKU’s are out of stock. From candy to balloons to party favors- the store is empty. Why is this store front even a thing if you intend for everyone to order online?
