Olympus Home Loans is the BEST mortgage broker I have EVER used in almost 50 years of buying and selling houses! Their costs are the lowest and their support and service is the best. Greg helped us with looking into a possible refinancing of our home loan. Surprisingly, based on what terms and rates were available it was better for us to keep our current loan. Joe and his team pulled off a closing for my Arizona house that was contingent on 2 other 2 states closing in domino effect order. No one missed a step and demonstrated the customer service that existed pre covid times.Ms Brae was phenomenol in helping me collect all necessary and redundant paperwork necessary by the loan company. I know Im a high maintenance customer and I warned Joe that from the beginning. Joe and his team exemplified professionalism and competence...traits that are hard to find, these days.

Katie is amazing!! I was starting to think buying a home wasn’t a possibility for me. I had the house but the internet rates were insane!! Katie helped me with a rate I was comfortable with and answered all of my questions (I had so many) all along the way! She was very responsive and I could tell she really cared about my home buying experience. There were times I would receive emails with jargon from the builder or other parties and she would message me immediately reassuring me about this or that. Every one of my concerns were her own. She is extremely knowledgeable and when I get the chance to refinance I will definitely be giving her a call, although I don’t know if she could possibly get me a better rate than she did this first time around!!

Greg helped us out with our first home purchase. He was very knowledgeable on VA loans, told us kind of what to expect, gave us some tips and things to look out for with the new build. Our realtor was irrelevant and the builders a nightmare. It was nice to have a friend on our side to get us the best rate and get us through the paperwork side.My advice to anyone reading this is pay for your own inspector on a new build! It pays for itself.
