My window was replaced back in 2018 by this company. I needed a repair on the window the other day so I called them. They told me the window was still under warranty and scheduled to come out the next day. They came out and repaired the window in minutes. Excellent work! I am a Realtor and will absolutely refer this company to anyone in need of glass repair or replacement!

called them for a shower glass door and side and 2 rectangle windows little ones that go in kitchen counters they come over to take measurements they told me they have a price in 2 day 1 week past by i called a lady answered the phone she said call me soon the company finds the price never called me i called back after 2 weeks and they first give me a runaround she said she call me back i said when in 1 week again she said no in 30 min and she did called me back to tell me they can’t not do the job very unprofessional people there from the owner to the staff.thank you nelson glass.

They installed a sliding glass panel in my bathroom. After a few weeks it shattered on me and I got stitches. Since this incident it has fallen off the track twice. The bottom track fell off and they had to replace it again. Then they no-showed me. This company is reckless and doesn't care about their product or service.

Nelson Glass replaced a window in my bathroom. Honestly...perfection from start to finish. The glass is an upgrade because of William, Joey and Dan's expertise in installation! I was concerned because I did not have any replacement tiles. They installed without any sign that it was a new piece of glass. The team of three was amazing and I believe actually left the site cleaner than it was. I am beyond thrilled with William, Joey and Dan and Nelson Glass! I would highly recomment!!!

Unfortunately still waiting on the window. I was called and they left a voicemail on Tuesday at 9:04 am saying they they couldn't find my window, and saying it would be 2 days which would be Thursday and now I'm being told to wait longer. This is bull! Should have went with another company I guess.

I own a rental home in Gilbert and needed to replace out the old "builders grade" shower enclosure in the master bath I phoned 3 local glass places and Nelson was the most responsive. Came out, measured, quoted and measured again. Install went perfectly. No drama! Couldn't be more pleased.
