Don’t bank here if you need to withdraw more that 5k of your own money they will tell you you need to order it in. Terrible service now I have to wait to get my own cash

Hands Down the best bank I’ve ever had. I love how I can call my banker directly and not sit on hold or talk to a robot. Specifically the San Tan Branch is incredible. Brennan and Clara are so helpful and take care of any of my issues immediately and quickly. Love NBAZ

I am not an account holder but after talking to Brennan he makes me want to be! He was incredibly kind and polite and was able to cash a check for us after I was told no by a different location. Thank Brennan for helping us!

By far, the most inefficient, painful banking experience I have ever had. I don't bank with National Bank of AZ, but my father does. He recently developed Alzheimers/dementia and I obtained Power of Attorney so I could assume responsibility for his finances. I visited this branch to submit a copy of the PoA for their record, and was told that the manager was out on vacation and would not return until the following week. There was no one else in the branch who could assist with my request.Several months later, I stopped in to make a withdrawal from his account. It was the day after Thanksgiving and the associate who let me into the branch complained repeatedly about having to work. It was deeply unprofessional and made me very uncomfortable.My experience with their credit card services has been similar. I had to dispute a charge on my father's behalf and I spent months making phone calls trying to get it resolved. I understand that my circumstances are unusual but no one seemed to be able to help me. They would simply tell me I needed to speak to the bank, who was also unable to help me. It was an infuriating and miserable experience, all around.

I really try to use small banks. The bank tellers and people that work on the customer side are great. The new app is way better than their old app, still not Bank of America bud acceptable. Their underwriting on the other hand this past time around, has been abysmal at best. Every question or stipulation submission is at least 5 to 10 business days turn time. While my loan officer was in the hospital trying to recover his team inside the bank failed miserably. I’m not sure what the end game with them was but stalling is an understatement. Who knows. There is no reason for me to suffer through the sub par mobile banking when there is no support at the bank. I get that at Bank of America. I’ll be switching all my accounts to Washington Federal. Closed my loan in less than half the time.

Drive thru deposits take too long. I was depositing birthday checks for my kids and it took over 7 minutes.

I had an appointment scheduled for 10:45 I arrived at 10:40 doors locked for Covid so I called the number on the door. Rude lady answers the phone and interrogated me As to why I was there. She then comes to the door with her mask around her chin not very useful. She then interrogated me more as to that I could not come in the bank 112 degrees as I’m sweating. She says no appointment on the books, I have email confirmation I tell she refuses to let me in. Great job I am no longer a customer and will let all my clients and tenants know that you don’t want businesses or customers.

This bank is absolutely terrible! I have to make deposits here unfortunately. EVERY TIME I COME HERE The ladies that work here are the absolute most rude bankers I have ever came in contact with! EACH TIME they think of something new to say to make my day and my process at the bank a little more difficult. Do not use this bank! It is small, unprofessional, and The attitudes of the women that work here are unbearable!! Would give 0 stars if possible. I will use a different location to avoid the conflict that I feel here. Also to be specific The older Indian lady that works there laughed at me today for making a deposit into my landlords account rather than my own this made me feel completely uncomfortable! She was completely out of line and beyond unprofessional..
