Having utilized State Farm for several years, I could not be happier with my coverage and with the fantastic customer service I've received each time I've needed assistance. Candace in the office is my absolute go to anytime I've needed help. Candace is efficient and a real pleasure to speak with every time I call. I've left messages and have always had my call returned promptly. She is a real asset to the office and I'm grateful for her. Thank You Candace, and thank you State Farm. I was shopping around for lower car insurance and did not realize I was paying more than I should with another company. I love the fact that State Farm was very patient with me and was able to work with me during such a busy time. The ultimate concern that State Farm and I both agreed on was the importance of my insurance for my vehicle, for I consider my vehicle my number one horse in the stable that gets me from a to Z. My elders have always told me that a horse is a protector. I consider my vehicle my protector.

One of the best insurance offices I have had the pleasure of working with. And yes, you read this right, it has been a pleasure to work with the amazing people at this office, especially my agent Jameliah Brooks. Jameliah is nothing short of wonderful, helpful, reliable, and compassionate. She was the main reason that I switched my insurance to Statefarm, as she made a very strong case for the relationships they form with their clients. Then she backed up her words with actions, taking care of all insurance related matters that I had to deal with last month. Further than that, Jameliah remembered my graduation and sent me a congratulatory message, which I really appreciated! I am pleased that I switched to StateFarm, specifically, I am happy with the Nate Arkins office and my agent Jameliah.

I would like to thank my agent for everything Amanda was nothing short of amazing. I wanted a lot of information on different policies grouped and individuals.
