They gave me back my car after 1500 dollars of work with no alignment! Worse driving than it was before I went there. I had another mechanic look at it and he said that they used a fork on my car to remove ball joint breaking the boot and making something else break. Don’t believe what they say because he also said he would install 2 new ball joints and it would be all good

Matt is the man who helped me .. I have a 89 that I was at a lost for when trying to find hardware for some work I needed to do on my truck and no one would help me out ... he went bolt for bolt part for part .. and made sure I found what I was looking for .. made sure I left happy . And made sure I git my parts ordered and found . . Matt thank you so much definitely coming back.. definitely recommend anyone who needs someone who's willing to help/ work with u... most the younger guys won't was turned away few different times .. anyways thanks again higky recommend to anyone

Will never be coming back to this location. I checked Google and it says they are open until 7. That's a lie!!! They close at 6. So, if you're batteries goes dead at 5:45 and you need one you are apparently SOL. CHANGE YOUR HOURS IF YOU ARENT OPEN UNTIL 7.

Originally I went the Napa store in Gilbert for some basic gear oil, then enter Robert to help me out. This dude completely flips the script on what I thought I was there for. He's not just handing me what I asked for; he's on point, showing me I could use some OEM quality brake parts too. Before I know it, I've spent over $600 on premium parts for my truck, which I was going to go to FORD for.
Robert knows his stuff inside and out. He made sure I got exactly what I needed for my truck. We're talking checking each part, making sure it fits like a glove. It felt more like shooting the breeze with a buddy than parts buying He even made sure I didn't forget the small but crucial stuff—like brake cleaner, wire wheel, grease and gloves.
I've maintained my vehicles my entire life, and it's rare that someone actually catches my attention, let alone convinces me to buy extra. But Robert's got this down pat. It's crystal clear why loyal customers keep coming back—it's because of smart personable and knowledgeable guys like him.
The parts fit perfectly, no squeaks and stops like brand new again! OEM parts thru NapaAuto - winner!

Napa always has my parts for my classics and the parts are or are the closest to OEM other the going to a dealer.

It took them five days to fill an order with no updates other than when it was filled, but the location was clean, staff was courteous, and nothing was missing from the order.
