I have had all great experiences with Nail 21 Lounge. The staff is friendly and facility is clean. Today I saw Theresa and she did a fabulous job on my nails. She rounded them beautifully and was thorough in making sure they were all the same size. Prices are reasonable, would definitely recommend.

Went in for an appointment for a gel manicure and luxury pedicure. The polish on one of my toes was thick and uneven layer. I asked to fix it and they rushed and it still did not look good. The pedicure was $60. The guy doing my pedicure was supposed to do my manicure. I was trying to relax during my pedicure and the whole time he was trying to talk me into the dip manicure instead of gel. I said I don't want the dip powder because I think it makes my nails too thick. So then he said he had another appointment and then no one else was available for my manicure appointment so I left without getting one and will never go back.

Very professional nail salon. Tools for each client are individually packaged and I assume sterilized. Great pedicure. Highly recommend.

I do love this place my nails come out beautiful every time. However, I will say that the color I get is never the color that I picked out. Maybe because when they take the kit out it has two bottles, but they only use one for instance, the last time I got a glitter, purple and the color looked very deep. When they did my nails, they only use the bottle with the purple sparkle, they came out nice but not the same. I think I’m going to go somewhere else and see how they do it before I make my decision to keep coming back. I have been four times and the foot massages are wonderful but honestly I feel like maybe they are giving me less and I’m not getting the color I asked for because they are trying to save money by only using one of the two bottles in the kit, not sure

I really didn't want to do this but in light of my thumb still the throbbing and bleeding, i feel something needs to be said. It's been two days, i asked for a full set and a pedicure and i was taken back by i believe her name was Tiffany? The nails do look okay that's not the issue, she drilled into my skin far passed my cuticle causing me to bleed, i obviously was in pain and she pulled my hand back towards her and said "you're fine". No apology no nothing and even had to dab off some blood. At this point i was very thrown off and expected her to say anything at all to apologize even if it was an accident. After i was done, i was directed to the front to pay, no pedicure i guess? She hovered over the receptionist looking at what i was going to tip which further caused me to be uncomfortable. I did write on my receipt "you hurt me", to explain why my tip was not more. Following this she just glared at me while the receptionist told me to have a good day. As i said it's been two days and this is STILL extremely painful, i can't run my fingers through my hair without wincing. Accountability would have gone a long way with this, and not brushing me off like you didn't just injure me.

The best nail salon I’ve ever been to! They take luxury to the next level at Nail 21 Lounge and that’s what sets this place apart. Immediately you are welcomed into the gorgeous setting with water, soda, coffee, tea, or even energy drinks available to sip as you treat yourself to pampering. The prices are comparable to other salons, but the massage and scrub products are a step above. The hot towel wrap helped relieve some ankle and foot pain ? Being here truly feels like the self-care experience we look for in a pedicure. Our nail experts were Cinthy and Tony. They did a great job.Thank you for the wonderful service!

Amazing salon. First time there but definitely will be back!! Was a walk-in and they were able to fit me in immediately. Lee did my pedicure and did an amazing job. He even worked on my ingrown toenail and took his time. The pedicure massage chair was top notch!

Trish is the best I’ve experienced for nails. I will continue to have that wonderful facial she gives on a periodic basis. Everyone commented how I was glowing.
