Mr Ed Sucks, they totally don't care too help anybody. They talk about we can help you, but instead they ask for money down. Not professional at all. They say I guarantee this Ain't No BullIs A LIE. Stay true true to your word, and help people with bad credit. And not embarass people. Remember someday it could be you who will need help. Don't lie too people.

Even through we live in the ****** area we did drive to Earnhardt Chrysler Jeep dealer in Gilbert to purchase our second vehicle from them - thanks to their great service ***** and his team). The financial arrangements went quickly thanks to Darlenes amazing professionalism and financial knowledge. We became aware of a purchase conflict between the our 2021 Pacific and our 2018 Cherokee six months later and called ******* directly for help. She said she would check into it and after analyzing our purchases on both of vehicles she quickly identified the conflict and got the proper parties at Chrysler, Mopar, and the financial companies involved to identify and resolve the issue.Knowing that we have had that level of support from the whole Earnhardt team is important to us. It just reinforces that our decisions of buying both our vehicles from Earnhardt and continue having the vehicles serviced at Earnhardt.

Horrible experience with their customer service. Started off with them of course constantly calling me and sending me emails. Then when I call to speak with Gary and or Mike, I get told Mike will not be in for hours and we will leave a message for a callback. Never called back, then a gentleman name Juan telling me I was told something, then he provided a date of my conversation with Mike or Gary. Then I was told basically I was told one thing which no one ever returned my call nor gave me an update. This was the WORST Experience in my life dealing with horrible customers service and a company who does not even try. Never received a callback or a follow up or nothing based on a request. Do not waste your time or energy dealing with Mr.Ed or Earnhardt in general. Worst experience ever.

Not all that it's cracked up to be. First off, they tout that they give car credit to everyone. That may be true, but they require up to 3 times what you can give for a down payment. I told them I can only afford a $500 down payment, not they seemed to think I just had $1,500 laying around to make a down payment. Sorry. I don't. The interest rate is outrageous, too. Also, they used about 6 Banks to attempt to finance me. Every single one of them dinged my credit report, and dropped my score, making it even harder to get a car. Thanks a lot, guys. I'll never use you and I will never recommend you to anyone. You're a joke! Buyer beware if considering this company.

Great service and incredible selection. They helped when no one else could. I got the car I needed at a super fair price.

We worked with Taylor out of Gilbert on a Wednesday night. I was there for 2 hours, walked out with an AMAZING deal. We were so pleased, that we went back on Friday morning to get ANOTHER vehicle! If you are working on rebuilding your credit, you're not alone. 2 other dealerships made us feel so low for having less than perfect credit. Taylor was so warm and friendly and walked through realistic situations of what we could afford, what payments would look like...I would recommend him to anyone!

Let's get this straight once and for all. The people who leave negative reviews are the ones that don't do their homework. My wife and I had clunkers and shortly after we got married they do what clunkers do- they die....So we researched some places to see what can be done for us, seeing that we were looking not only for a new vehicle, but also to establish our credit. Let's face it: a credit card plus a student loan doesn't help you very much. Fall back a couple days late on the payment and you're blacklisted basically, no one wants to work with you. We've always heard about Earnhardt and their "No Bull" slogans. So we looked online and saw some vehicles that would suit our budget. Keep in mind, we had NO idea what we were getting ourselves into. However, the folks at Earnhardt were very understanding of our situation. At the time, we were shopping at their Nissan location when they had one. We were treated very well. We told them what we were looking into. The options they gave us were better than what we expected. I knew what I could afford and I knew what the parameters were to look like being first time buyers and having low credit. Just those two factors alone get us thrown out of multiple dealers. But not with Mr. Ed! Mr. Ed gave my wife and I the biggest and best opportunity ever! We were told a down payment was required which we were able to do. Not only were we suited with a vehicle that was within budget, it was a brand new Sentra (this was in 2015 mind you)! After 6 months of steady payments, our credit was at it's highest ever! Then, during a routine service maintenance, we ended up with another vehicle...a 2016 Rogue...it was amazing! Mr. Ed's team of credit experts didn't sell us a car or two....they sold us a future! Today, my wife and I were able to refinance for a much lower rate and faster term. My point is, Mr. Ed calls themselves the "nation's #1 loan center" and I clearly see exactly why. If any of them are reading this, please give huge praise to Troy and Bill for helping us! Thank you!

I dont want to give this place a star! They dont deserve it! This place was the worst ever! They say your approved, come on in and shop away. You arrive excited, and find that vehicle, then prepare to have the numbers run. They come back LYING about the Rebates. Then say we need a $1000 down. $1000 down turned into them asking for $2000 then $3000 then $4000 .. all the way up to $8000 down! THEN they said you dont make enough money. We cant finance that for you cuz your on a budget. They insist Im on a budget, BUT then give me a $850 a month paymt. If im on a budget, why give me an almost $1000 dollar pymt. We were made to believe we were approved and walking out of the dealership with a brand new car! The workers are LIARS and UNTRUSTWORTHY! We WASTED the WHOLE day at Eds dealership only to be leaving, upset, angry, pissed and tired from all that damn walking! The finance guy LIED to us and the guy who helped him LIED to us!
