Excellent service in the branch location. Explored one-on-one into several index fund financial investments available with higher margins than CD’s. Also processed annual RMD in less than 5 minutes. Highly impressed with the level of professionalism!

I waited in the drive thru for 25 mins. If the drive thru is OPEN, maybe have a teller back there working in. Finally came inside to get my card back to find 2 employees at the teller line sitting and chatting. Absolute garbage service. I’ve actually never had good service at this location.

Every time I go in for any reason, it takes so long to get helped. There is always a line of people waiting. I have another bank I primarily bank at and I have never had this problem at my other institution. If you bank here, plan accordingly because you will wait.

Chloe and Alexis take care of us at our branch and they are amazing!!! Love MACU. They have helped us with checking accounts, savings accounts, auto loan, and personal loans, and even a HELOC on our house
