I have a mixed experience. I always enjoy my interactions with staff and drs and the office is beautiful and I love the hours (evenings/Saturdays). But I also have found that things on the backend seem unorganized, or a lack of communication between departments. I have to call the office several times to check on the status of things and often it’s because someone forgot to place the order or it was approved and I just wasn’t advised.

Everytime i go in it's somebody different. And each one, listens Intently to your concerns and always gives you a very detailed description of what you need to do. Or how to help. I love going to this office. When you walk in the door, they always try to great you right off the bat. The professionalism in this office in queen creek is the beat momdoc I've been to

I don't remember the name of my clinician but she was soooooo great...I went to the Estrella location. She asked questions and truly listened to me.

This place is not only extremely unprofessional, they cannot file a claim to my insurance correctly either. This is the second time they try to double bill me for 500 dollars. We only saw them once and their skanky inappropriate front office evit students were enough to cause malpractice towards me and our baby, we will be suing this office . This is absolutely ridiculous go look on the better business bureau site they are not even accredited. They have so many complaints for malpractice and proof from patients as well. This place needs to be shut down! Unprofessional, falsification of medical billing, unsanitary, no gloves used during appointment, nurses seem drugged and intoxicated. An absolute embarrassment of an excuse for an OB office.

Really nice clinic, love going to the one in Scottsdale. They make you feel welcomed. It’s really a safe place when you do go. Love that they also have a lab with them so they are able to give fast results.

I was very pleased and impressed with MomDoc. The check-in staff meet you in the lobby and stays with you throughout your visit and exit. The attending provider was thorough, friendly and attentive. When I could not find my insurance card they were gracious, patient and walked me through the process to get my information.
