Great place to stay, beautiful home but the fit and finish still need to be completed in several spots. Plenty of room for kids and families to spread out, the "petting zoo" is great for kids. Both the pool and hot tub needed a good cleaning, and several bathrooms and bedrooms didn't lock.

We used this home for a staff working retreat ... great accommodations for 11 people! Plenty of room for work and fun! Lovely large property.

What a wonderful stay we had here! Sean was a great host and responds right away to make sure everything is perfect. The house had amenities for a large group and accommodate so well! Super close to everything... 10/10. Would stay again and I highly recommend this place.. for small families as well as larger groups.
Modern Farm began as a well-known Unique Urban Farm, venue and vacation rental located in the heart of the South East Valley. In 2021 the owner's Sean and Cyndi Cooke sold the property and licensed Modern Farm LLC with the Arizona Registrar of Contractors (ROC #332710) so that they could offer their experience in residential design and construction. Sean has over 20 years experience working in the custom home and landscape industry and has partnered in several amazing builds across the valley.
