I can’t say enough about Jacob‘s ability to make people feel better and at ease when purchasing a new item or services I think his customer services is outstanding. I also like the fact that he Saved me money on my bill when we discovered Services that I did not need. He helped me get through the process of purchasing a new phone, returning my old phone with ease. His final statement to me made the most impact on me. When he told me that if I had any issues in the future or if any of my other family members had issues with their phones or service to give him a call directly, and he would resolve it immediately. I truly do appreciate his professionalism and dedication to service. Thank you”
“Chris on two separate occasions assisted me with problems on my Mac Notebook. Not only was his customer service exceptional, his knowledge of the mac product was superior. “I came into the store to replace my broken phone screen protector, and I spoke with Brett. He was friendly and helpful with the replacement and even offered to personally clean my phone and its case during the replacement. He looked into my account details and informed me of a new pricing plan that I was unaware of that would heavily reduce the monthly cost of service and devices. I'm coordinating a time to come back to the store as soon as possible to upgrade our devices and switch to the new plan, and I wouldn't have known this process was available for me if it hadn't been for his kind gesture. Brett went above and beyond during my visit and I really appreciate his effort and willingness to make sure I remain a happy and satisfied customer! Thank you Brett!”

“We came in Friday to ask some questions about upgrading a couple of my kids phones. James not only greeted us right away he helped us with so many things. He let us know of some ways to save money, asked how we liked our new WiFi plan we’d set up and offered us some other things he thought we may like to take advantage of. When one of my kids struggled with his set up of his new phone he made sure we left confident on how to handle the rest of the transfer because we didn’t want to sit and wait to finish it there. Management was also great and when James had to go to lunch someone just as great took over. I wish o could remember their name. I will say this was some of the best service I’ve had at Verizon. Give James a raise he is a hard worker with some great customer service skills.”

“This is my go to store for Cox. Staff are always friendly and caring about my circumstances, and always get me a great deal. They helped me make an easy switch to fiber optics. EVERYTIME another service tries to get me to switch in a store they say they can beat my deal. No contest when I mention 9 TVs, almost every channel, makes every TV a smart TV with apps, and Internet. Great store and staff.”
