I can’t say enough about Jacob‘s ability to make people feel better and at ease when purchasing a new item or services I think his customer services is outstanding. I also like the fact that he Saved me money on my bill when we discovered Services that I did not need. He helped me get through the process of purchasing a new phone, returning my old phone with ease. His final statement to me made the most impact on me. When he told me that if I had any issues in the future or if any of my other family members had issues with their phones or service to give him a call directly, and he would resolve it immediately. I truly do appreciate his professionalism and dedication to service. Thank you”

“I came into the store to replace my broken phone screen protector, and I spoke with Brett. He was friendly and helpful with the replacement and even offered to personally clean my phone and its case during the replacement. He looked into my account details and informed me of a new pricing plan that I was unaware of that would heavily reduce the monthly cost of service and devices. I'm coordinating a time to come back to the store as soon as possible to upgrade our devices and switch to the new plan, and I wouldn't have known this process was available for me if it hadn't been for his kind gesture. Brett went above and beyond during my visit and I really appreciate his effort and willingness to make sure I remain a happy and satisfied customer! Thank you Brett!”
