These folks are incredible and the pharmacist is a gem. They have answered all of my questions, worked with me on quantity vs price to get it to be as affordable as possible for me, they even helped me try and get it approved via insurance. They have been absolutely fantastic over the phone (even 10 minutes before closing) and in person. And it is super clean inside. I have been truly impressed and incredibly grateful with their help and guidance on ketotifen prescription.

Came here for compounding and it was totally flawless. They didn't take my insurance but were totally upfront and let me know about that potential issue beforehand.

Absolutely the best pharmacy. Customer service is amazing. The pharmacist knows us and is extremely knowledgeable. Our medications are always filled on time. They are able to get the medications for us that other pharmacies can't. They always update us with any potential issues (usually on the Dr side not them) and work with our medical providers to ensure prescriptions are filled. We fill several prescriptions here despite the fact our insurance says they are out of network - we would fill every single Rx here if we could.

Waiting 2 weeks for a refill and was supposed to come in yesterday, never did. Don’t know what happened to cause delays like this. I’m now out of the medication. Time to move to another pharmacy. Been using them for years. Unfortunately, they cannot fill orders on time anymore.

Sad to say I'm going to have to find a new compounding pharmacy. I've been going here for years and I have no medication left. New script was called in Apr 28 and to this date, still haven't received it. It's never taken this long to refill. Time to move on.

A couple months ago I placed an order around 10/26 and 3 days later, Im calling asking if my cats meds are ready because I have none left and it's been 3 days and should've been done. so I called on the 29th, The person on the phone was extremely rude. When I said that I placed the order 2-3 days ago, (not remembering if i placed on the 26 or 27th) the guy on the phone didn't hesitate to say "it was the 27th two days ago". When i actually called in the 26th, so not only did he want to be 'right' but he was rude and wrong! the pharmacist came on the phone and was extremely rude as well and said that I might have to get the meds from Ahwatukee. That's 45 mins away from me, and you expect me to drive there when I am 10 mins away from the Gilbert location? You're on drugs if you think I should do that. No. I finally get a text around 5:45 (15 mins before they close) so unfortunately I have to be that person to go in right before they close, cause again I NEEDED my cats meds. i get there at 5:55 and the lady at the front desk, she's older and has brown hair, asked if there was a lot of traffic outside, and I said no, she said "Oh well why did you get here so late? We've been trying to call you for 3 hours" NO YOU HAVENT. I DIDNT GET A SINGLE F***ing TEXT OR CALL UNTIL 5:45. Don't try to stand there and lie to me in my face. I asked if she wanted to see my phone log cause my phone definitely didn't go off for 3 HOURS. The lady replied "no i don't want to see it" in a very rude and condescending voice, KNOWING she is completely wrong. Ridiculous. Customer service here sucks and they need employees who actually care about the customers and the medications needed. Since then, every time I go in that same lady is ALWAYS rude and condescending. And im not sorry for showing up 5 mins before closing time when I need a medication for my cat. I'll show up 5 mins before close again if i have to, I don't want to but unfortunately s*** happens and it's their fault for not letting me know my cats meds were ready HOURS before.

This place has been really great to work with, no difficulties at all. They are always quick with the scripts, from my experience and make it really easy. And, the pharmacist has been so accommodating, really knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. She is really awesome. Their current Yelp rating is insane to me because they have been really wonderful to work with. Thanks!

I was so grateful to get my RX within hours. They retired my call quickly but was late in the day and they got it mixed in time for me to get it before they closed. This saved me a lot of pain and I appreciate that so much

This pharmacy is phenomenal! I needed my prescription asap, and they had it ready within a couple hours of my doctor calling it in! Customer service is always really kind and friendly. I highly recommend this location. They are amazing!

Horrible customer service!! I'm not sure if they understand when people are trying to refill their medication that it's a necessity. They don't call you back if there's an issue and if you can get someone to answer the phone they don't seem to know what's going on!! Can't believe this is a pharmacy!
