i like this place :) stopped by while i was in the area and was able to take my time and browse. nice selection, nice staff and nice prices. very clean store and easy to browse, never felt cramped or rushed. somehow the only place in the entire phoenix area with sugar beads in stock but im glad it’s this one. would love to stop by again. when it comes to shopping bead supplies locally, i’ll go out of my way to make the drive over to mitch’s again :)

Superb customer service. Family owned and operated. Selection is always a good mixture of staple supplies, hard to find and trendy beads plus beads for new ideas for designing. Value is great. I shop here without hesitation. I know the gemstones are authentic and exactly what they say they are. Go in and look around. You'll be glad you did

This is a great place to shop for beads of all kinds and sizes. If you need help with a Projects they are there for you. Their inventory is vast and they know what everything is and where it is.Lisa and Amber or a mother daughter team doing a great job with this business.

The owner was so engaging and helpful and had wonderful ideas for us and walked around with us to help us find just the right pieces! The prices all are great and they have a awesome selection of whatever kind of bead you could want! they don't have classes but they will teach you how to do any special project that you have!

I cannot offer enough praise and compliments for all of the people who helped me and their amazing inventory of options. I had two prayer bead chains needing update and repair. They gave me all of their attention and energy, finding beads to accomplish my goals. Communication with them was great in the store and afterwards by text. Their inventory is wonderful, and I am so very happy with the repairs and updates. Thanks to everyone at Mitch's!!

They had very nice selection,However the lady at the front was very unwelcoming and wasn’t very informative on our first visit. The lady kept watching me and the children I came with our whole visit, it was very uncomfortable. Hopefully she will learn to be more welcoming to black visitors.

I came here looking for a single bead to add to a project I'm working on and man do they have a TON of options. Everything was neatly organized and the prices were clearly and fairly marked. They ladies working were very nice and I look forward to visiting this place again for more bead needs!

We have been coming to Mitches for 5 years now and we live this place. Amber is so great and helpful. Lisa is there and so helpful too. It’s great that they know our name and take time to explain things to us. They give discounts and help out. Seriously so impressed.

Posted for Linda.I stopped in at Mitch's Beads last week to look for an end piece for a chain extender. Lisa was helpful in finding a pearl to match the necklace. Amber wire-wrapped and affixed the pearl to the extender while I waited. Great customer service, friendly attitude, and an enormous selection of jewelry making supplies will make you happy you stopped in. Thanks so much!
