Came in this am to with 1's and asked if they could exchange them for higher bills and they told me no they couldn't do that. So for this being a bank.... idk

Their summit savings account is great per the APR but their checking account sucks. You get charged extra just for using your card certain places. Disputing a charge or doing anything that a normal bank does is an absolute nightmare The mobile banking is horrible, it serves no purpose and never works. Customer service is close to none. I think I'm going to have to look for another bank!

This place and all other midfirsts have the worst service and account setups. And don’t try to deposit your check through the app cause you won’t get your money for a week or two. Definitely leaving this bank. Screw you guys.

I had Two Accounts with them... On one of them was charged and became negative, I tried using the Mobile app and transferring the money and got an error code that did not let me fulfill the transaction. Soon after I called Their number on the back of the card and was told to come in person to make the transfer.... Did not get a chance to until four days later and had hundreds of dollars in late fees and extended late fees and had proof of screen shots of the error code from the day witch my mobile app did not make the transfer and the error code it gave me and these stingy fu*kers did not refund me a single dime... I ended up paying all the fees and closed my accounts as fast as I could after that horrible experience. The money never mattered but what a shit show of an operation do these Chain of banks run.. not just this location, All of them. The Queen Creek location is even worse yet I will never be using these trash banks again.

If this bank tries to lure you in with a cash promotion, never look back and find another bank. If you were to open an account today, you would only receive a confirmation email after two weeks. When you call the customer service team, they will assure you that there is no problem and put your mind at ease. However, even after four months of depositing your salary into this bank, you will not receive any promotions. Why? Because they will inform you that you opened the account after the promotion window had expired. This bank will renege on its promise, and flee like a thief. Additionally, their internet processing is excruciatingly slow, and you can expect most services to be available only by visiting a bank branch in person.

MidFirst has removed all services that made them useful over other banks. Constant issues with money being available in a timely manner they no other bank would have. Any convenience they used to offer is gone. They no longer have a location open on Sunday. They no longer refund other bank ATM charges. Do yourself a favor and find a bank that actually knows how to handle banking.

I had never heard of nor dealt with this bank before, but when my mom passed away, my family learned she had an account at Midfirst in Gilbert. Of all the financial institutions we worked with after her passing, this one was by far the best. Jonathan was compassionate, understanding, and effective at getting us what we needed to be able to pay her bills and move things along. Particularly during a difficult time, they made it easy for us. Thank you Jonathan and Midfirst!

If only I had known that if there was ever going to be an issue with my account, that it would require talking to the branch manager. I would have never opened the damn thing in the first place. Having to speak to a single person with all of the power is ridiculous, I'm waiting for a call back now for over 3 hours regarding UNAUTHORIZED transactions in the account. A call back that I Really doubt I'm going to receive. If I knew having an issue and getting it resolved would be like having to cancel a freaking gym membership, I would have just opened an additional account with any other bank available. Don't let their sign up perks cloud your judgment. When the going gets tough, and you need help. That help is locked behind a door and you are on their time to get it fixed. Zero urgency shown for their customers...

The phone app is clunky and NOT user friendly badly in need of an update. It will not perform necessary functions. Have to go to website which does NOT accommodate smart phones! Have to constantly roll & scroll screen trying to see page. Yikes! Update the website!!! The only bright spot is CustServ: they are awesome! 5 stars for them. Now let's see if I get a Canned Corporate Response: sorry blah blah call CS blah blah

Due to the lack of customer service at my original Bank. I was forced to look for a new one. Friend of the wife said she has banked with MidFirst Bank for over 15 years and loved their customer service. I scheduled an appointment with google maps (lol) and was able to go into a branch not a grocery store and open my account with no wait. Employees were professional!

The absolute worst customer service and bank ever, I was skeptical about leaving a review but now seeing the rest of the reviews I am definitely not alone, the girls treat you like s*** and take their bad days out on you, they tell you one thing and the other one tells you another, but nothing beats the nasty attitude and the snarky remarks from Tessa, they are so quick to yell at you or use indirect comments when you're doing something that doesn't "follow" their policies but when they mess up WHICH IS OFTEN they act like it's never happened before, I have money deposited in the wrong account, lied about having our checks ordered and made felt like I was crazy when in reality they had never ordered them, they have yelled at my sister in law while she was pregnant during the coin shortage a day after I went to get change for my business because they thought it was me trying to come again, like we have been banking here for a year and you can't tell the difference let alone check account numbers before making assumptions, and this is me being nice and stating the small things they have done. I could go on for days. All I'm saying is don't bank here and MidFirst do better because all though this is the worst location, most of the other locations have pretty rude workers as well.

This company should be called Mid F*CKED. They have constantly screwed up our business account. They even mixed up our information with another client, then couldn't reach us, then closed our account and nearly sent a check for our entire business to the wrong address...I am going to trash $200 worth of checks when I close this and take my business account to a different bank. Now they won't take a check written to us because our DBA is apparently not correct in the Alias, but that was supposed to have been fixed, not. Done Done Done. Worst bank on the planet for business banking.

I don't know why people write bad reviews, this bank is fine. All the people that work there are nice. One lady is a bit miserable, but most are all nice. I would like their $35 overdraft fee to go down to about $5 like other banks are doing now. But........who knows.

I would never in my life recommend anyone ever use bank with MidFirst ! They don't protect you , staffs judge you based of your financial status ! F*** MidFirst I've been robbed and they won't even protect that
