If this bank tries to lure you in with a cash promotion, never look back and find another bank. If you were to open an account today, you would only receive a confirmation email after two weeks. When you call the customer service team, they will assure you that there is no problem and put your mind at ease. However, even after four months of depositing your salary into this bank, you will not receive any promotions. Why? Because they will inform you that you opened the account after the promotion window had expired. This bank will renege on its promise, and flee like a thief. Additionally, their internet processing is excruciatingly slow, and you can expect most services to be available only by visiting a bank branch in person.

I normally do food and restaurant reviews, but I wanted to share my sincere and deep appreciation for this bank! I have always had excellent service. Staff is friendly and competent, even when they are in-training. To me, it is the personal treatment I get every time I go in. They recognize me and know my name. They have professionally assisted me with a variety of banking products (simple deposits and withdrawls to purchasing foreign currency for a trip and long-term savings goals). These days, with bank insecurity and nervousness, this bank has my trust.

I don't bank here as a regular customer but I swung by because I needed to break some large bills. They were very nice and didn't ask if I was a customer, and just broke the bulls without a problem. It didn't feel like a typical bank inside. It was very nice and welcoming. If I wasn't completely happy with my bank I would give Mid First a serious look.

This is the worst bank I have ever had. I called around 2 asking when my check will be deposited and I was told 4. Called around 4:30 and was told by another person the next day.

Horrible bank I’d try another one before going here. Initial set up took over a month and even now still nothing but problems. Unhappy customer, too many banks to be treated this horribly.

First, I have to say everyone is usually very friendly when I go in to this branch. Today I went in to open a CD. There were two bankers and several tellers. Both bankers (i'm pretty sure 1 of them was the branch manager) were on the phone so I was told to have a seat. I sat there for 40 minutes and there was not a single customer the whole time I was there. I felt totally ignored. Finally, I just left. They have decent rates so I may go back and give them one more chance...if it happens again I'll be opening that CD at a different bank, where they at least act like they want my business.Edit March 2022: since then I have had no problems at this branch and everyone is helpful and pleasant to deal with...I'm gonna add a few stars for that!

Business partner has been ranting and raving about how amazing MidFirst has been for his commercial needs, so I figured I would stop in. I wanted to open a couple business accounts and talk about moving my personal banking accounts over at the same time. Beautiful office, we were greeted almost instantly by the friendly tellers and even offered a bottle of water. Wow, color me impressed. Personal banker came out to meet us and we could just tell his vibe was completely different than the others. He asked if I had the sole prop trade name registered and when I said no, he instantly locked his computer and said, "well we can't do anything for you then." It was pretty obvious we were bothering him on a Friday, yikes. No offer to help or explain the matter in order to gain new business, I was shocked. It took me 10 minutes to register a "trade name" later at home - something I could have done in the bank while he was opening all of our personal accounts... I was shocked by the customer service and lack of wanting to sign up a new member. I would strongly suggest having this person go through some training about uncovering needs and how to talk with customers. With the right advice/help he would have signed us up with at least 6 new accounts. Missed opportunity for sure, although I see this location get the worst reviews.

Rude staff. Opened and then closed my account within a few months. Spent more time on the phone trying to get things straightened out (and not succeeding) than it was worth. Brendan was not the best choice for a first impression of this bank. He didn't communicate very well, was not welcoming at all, and told me at the end of opening the account that if I had questions about my account not to call them because they'd just refer me to the number he scribbled for me on a sticky note. All I got from him when I left was my account information, and a list of fees; no welcome note, and no thank you. After twice changing my account to show I did not want paper statements I got paper statements and got charged for them. The young lady I closed the account with, didn't seem to really care whether I stayed with Midfirst or not, she seemed really unconcerned that I was unhappy with my experience with them, and offered no apologies, just stared at me while I talked and then started clicking on her computer. She then told me if I wanted my statement fees returned I could get those but then I would have to return again the next day to close the account, I couldn't get both done in the same day. Maybe other Midfirst banks are different but the two people I came in contact with at this branch have a lot to learn about customer service.

I’m a teenager so I really have no idea what I’m doing when it comes to banking, but the staff helped me with everything. Also everyone is super chill and I feel welcomed when I come in.

I arrived at closing time, the manager was kind enough to let me in to do a withdrawal. That was extremely satisfying, as I wasn't expecting to be let in. Brian was the teller who helped, and he was very courteous. Definitely a pleasant surprise.
