I have a 4yr old and a newborn and have been so happy with the care they've received. Dr Lanre is kind, patient and thorough. Everyone I've encountered in the office seems genuinely happy to help. Whether I've had to call to schedule a sick visit or just had a question I've always received prompt and amazing service over the phone which is a big deal for me since this is not the norm with most offices. I feel absolutely blessed to have found Dr Lanre and his office.

My son had an appointment at 8:20am. I called to inform them that my gps is saying I’m about 15 mins away. The lady I spoke with said okay and she will see me soon. My family and I get to the appointment at 8:35 am and the receptionist tells me that my son’s appointment is cancelled. I told her that I just spoke to someone and even informed her that I am willing to pay a late fee. She was dismissive and nonchalant. We have never been late to an appointment. But when life happens, we expect some Grace. Cancelling my son’s appointment as newborn shows me that this practice cares more about being on time than the well being on my child.

This 5 Star Rating is for Candice Moore.She is seriously the best doctor out there.Very friendly, and will work with you to implement personal health changes to get the necessary results.I would highly recommend her to my family and friends, and already have.

Things were fine for the first couple visits, at my son's last visit (6 month check up) the Dr. Ijola orgot to let the nurses know we were ready, so after 20 minutes I went to get an idea on how much longer till my son got his vaccines and they had no idea we were in the room. Then when the nurse finally came in she tried giving my son THE WRONG VACCINES. I have him on an alternate vaccine schedule (they had done all of his shots up to this point and knew this). If I hadn't been paying attention they would have given him about 3 vaccines that he was not supposed to get. Prior to all of this the Dr. Was telling me that my son shouldn't sleep in mine and my husband's room anymore and that I shouldn't be breast feeding because I'm pregnant. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE

Over the years, my experiences at the kids and I ' doctors' office have been nothing short of exceptional. The entire staff has consistently exhibited kindness and positivity, creating a warm and welcoming environment for our family. Dr. Larne and Nurse Practitioner Candice Moore have been outstanding in their care and attentiveness to our children's needs. Their expertise and genuine concern for their patients have made each visit reassuring and comfortable. We deeply appreciate their dedication and the support of the entire team, making our visits to the office an absolute pleasure.

Do NOT use the doctors here, especially Candice! She does NOT value her patients time, and does NOT communicate clearly enough on important and time sensitive matters. Worst doctor I have ever had and wish I could rate negative 5 stars. Selfish and lazy doctor

Your medical assistant should learn how to talk and treat a patient. She just gave my child their shots and then walked out of the room and didn’t say anything. Gave a nasty attitude. I’m never bringing my child to a place where your staff doesn’t know common decency and how to treat a human. AND YOUR RECEPTIONIST CHARGED ME $50 for a well visit that wasn’t due and proceed to refund it. Imagine if I didn’t say anything. I would’ve been charged for no reason.Response: The 2 previous no- shows were because your INCOMPETENT staff booked us for a wellness visit THAT WAS NOT supposed to happen. They even admitted it. Why book someone for a wellness visit when they didn’t need it.

Dr. Lanre and Candace cared for our daughter from being days old until we moved out of state when she was 2. As so many new parents are, my husband and I would be emotional or anxious when she got sick or had a health scare. They were kind, compassionate and understanding every single time. We could always get in within a day of when we'd call (for a sick visit). Neither Dr. Lanre nor Candace ever seemed in a rush to get out of our room. They sat down, listened to us, interacted with our daughter playfully. They genuinely cared about all of us. I'm not sure what more you can ask for from medical professionals. So thankful for our time with them and we miss them greatly!

I just established care with Candice Moore and I’m so glad that I did! She is an amazing physician who truly cares and takes her time to answer all of your questions and make you feel at ease. We made a plan to address all of my concerns and for the first time in a long time, I feel content in my healthcare plan.

Dr Candice Moore is amazing. She is attentive, kind, extremely knowledgeable, very thorough and personable. She is absolutely why my son and entire family go here. I have also referred many friends. Although the support staff can often be rated at 1 or 2. I am only writing this because I have now encountered this enough times for this review. Support staff in office has been rude and short with my husband and I. Today, by phone an appointment for my sick son was incorrectly scheduled twice, I was supposed to get a call back and now at closing there has been no return call. So therefore, we have missed any opportunity for an appointment this week and will have to go to urgent care.

I spent a lot of time researching a good pediatrician before deciding to go with Mercy Grace and I was completely disappointed. From the moment I tried to make an appointment for my new born baby girl this place was a complete unprofessional mess! I honestly feel like the type of insurance I carry currently is why I was treated the way was, I felt completely discriminated against. Mark was a rude nightmare, very disrespectful and unprofessional lack of empathy for others in every way possible. Over the phone he was rude and unhelpful and in person the same behavior. I walked in and Christian music was playing throughout the office, however Mark is the devil! I do not recommend this place to anyone and I switched my newborn to another provider with more care and professionalism, if Mark doesn’t like people or he wants to discriminate people he should find another profession. I going to report this to my insurance provider.

I typically don’t like to go to Doctors because I always went to more main stream doctors. But Mercy Grace was a completely different experience. The front desk associate Mark was very kind and welcoming upon entrance and helped answer any insurance,scheduling, etc questions I had. Then the provider Candice was beyond amazing. She took time to listen to my concerns I had and gave me options to resolve the issues I had. Most definitely recommend this Christian Operated facility for your family and friends who needs a great Doctor who genuinely care.

I am not sure if it just been so busy everywhere or what but it’s been very difficult to get a call back. One day I called all day and I got the voicemail box, no return phone calls. Just going to list a few things that are putting us off from continuing care here. A Lab test never got picked up by a lab so no results could be provided. The FNP never remembers what plan we discussed or what was prescribed even if it was two weeks ago…like the chart wasn’t reviewed prior to the appointment. Antibiotics were prescribed but was told it isn’t seen in the chart? When I clearly see it online and I have it in my hand. I’m a bit concerned by how unorganized things have seemed. Everyone there seems kind and mean well but not available when we really need or are being thorough enough.

Dr. Lanre has been my daughters doctor from the time she was a week old, she's now 5. The office is very nice , we've never waited more than 10 minutes and have never been canceled on. Dr. Lanre is a great doctor and his staff is wonderful as well.
